i did a search there is a program called belite this woman had a lapband in2001 and seems to be capitalizing off the lapband concept talking about fills and cost

what i am saying is that i cant eat bread, pasta, rice,ground meat .that i really lose wt slowly does anyone else with the lapband have too exercise 1-11/2 hours too lose wt.62lbs over ayear with the lap band and exercise.i am working out harder since the lap band

I am a year post banding. A slow loser.ihave to exercise 1-2 hrs a day.i cannot eat raw fruits and veggies they make me plb.and give me severe gas.i can't eat bread,rice or pasta i have 40lbs to be at my goal

Banded last night (12-23-09)
at first i was able to eat as before than after the 2nd fill i was unable to eat eggs ,bread, rice red meat.but one thing that i love and tolerate really well is carnation instant breakfast drink i like to put it in the freezer and let it get icy b/c at work it will take me 1-1&1/2 hours to completely finish and i am full and satisfied

7 years, lost 120, got rebanded!
I dont have a photo post but i was banded a year ago today.i have lost 62lbs. In a size 10.down from a 18. My internal medicine doctor asked me where i wanted 2 be i told him 130lbs. He said that was too small. I told him i didn't thinkso i am 5'2 so that is not too small for me.so now i am 30lbs from my goal. I go to the gym 5 days a week 1-2 hours a day.minimum 1 hr treadmill or elliptical. Now ready to pump up strenght training 2 maximize trimming and tioning my legs

Hi thanks for all the insites.i did something last night tHAT i dont ever remember doing. I went to my closet and was picking up and trying on clothes trying to decide what to wear too work today like i was going on a first date. I didnt do that when i was skinny in my twenties lol. BEING DOWN 62LBS IS STARTING TOO CHANGE MY LIFE IN A POSITIVE WAY, MENTALLY.HOW DO I MAKE MY TICKER CHANGE NUMBERS. TODAY I AM 1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY SURGERY.

Yes that is normal. Ittook me 5 months.banded 12/23/8 and am down 55 lbs.exercise is a must. Progress slow.

does anyone eat bread or pasta?
I don't eat bread, rice or pasta.iwasn't eating much before surgery b/c i'm a diabetic. So 2 go from 2 slices of bread a week 2 none is fine by me. Form once a month rice and pasta 2 none is fine 2.

Why reband were you scared 2 try it own your own to see if you can maintain.have anyone ever heard of some removing the band after reaching their goal
