i wonder if i am on the right track !!
These are valid ? Ask your md.the long work hours would probably mandate a couple for weeks.use a pillow to brace your abd.when you first get up , stand with your feet firmly planted on the floor and slowly pull your back straight before you move, don't walk stooped over

Am I too tight??
My md stated that you could be having esophageal spasms so try the hot teain the morning and see if you keep anything down in the evening.you may have to drink slowly

How Many cc's in your band and how is
i'm @ 7ccs.i had 7.2ccs 12/15 and had 2 have .2ccs removed,i am trying to go until the end of march before i go get another fill.hopefully by than i wil be able to tolerate .5cc fill since i will than have to pay out of pocket again.i am also trying to train my body to last longer with fills.today i tried an unflavored power protein in 8oz of v8splash.it was ok.so now i am going to try this when i wake up in the mornings when i take my medicatiions.if i do the 1/3rd cup protein in juice thats 25gms of protein.

Ive been banded for a year my bs ranges from 70-105 fasting occ in the 60's. My meds have been reduced to 1/4th of what i was taking.plus my md told me not to take if my bs is < 90.sometimes i go 4 or 5 days without taking meds.also this is the 1st time i 've gone 6 months between visits. I think the potential is always there. U will bve diet controlled

3 1/2 years out and maintaining a normal weight for the first time in my life!
Are we expected to take 3yrs too reach the goal? I never thought that i was self sabatoging.i feel like i have 2 be hard on myself 2 accomplish my threshhold goals because there is noone who is going 2 push me but me.i had already pulled away from the carbs b/c of my diabetes so that wasn't a very hard step.but i will always be a food addict in my book just like i will always be a diabetic but under control.THANK YOU.:tt1:
