Hey ya out there old friend. I've been away for a long time and just want to see what was up with ya.

Hey Kiddo, how is it going? I have not chatted with you in ages! I have lost 92 pounds! weighing in at 172 and loving it.. How bout you?

I am having some acid reflux problems that are kinda major, but we will see how that goes..may have to have some fluid removed from my band.

Judy, I have church on Wednesday evenings but I get through with work and internship for this semester in May will try get with you soon!

I'm at the bowling alley on wednesdy night there in Mineral Wells. We get there between 6:30 to 6:45 I take one of my clients bowling on Wednesday nights. Hope to see you there.

What I do at work is called Community Support where I teach reading, spelling, how to do a budget, cooking, take them to the doctors also how to act during a interview. Judy, Hi... Look at you girl! Wow. incredible huh? I have lost 85 pounds and feel good. I can wear a size 12 jeans. So happy... I wiegh 180 now...but thats really a good weight for me. I feel good. Sounds like you are really geting there too. I have not bee on since last july. Sorry. Congrats.

Brie: Thank you for the comment. I so want to loose about 60 more pounds and get rid of my tummy that is my biggest part. You are so pretty too. I know that i have lost but you really can't tell until you look at pictures that is where you see it. Hope you are feeling better and the girls. Take care. Judy
