I had my surgery on march 11, 2008. I am now 16 months post op. With in the first 8 months i lost 54lbs, but unfortunely i have lost focus and have gained 5lbs back. I am on here in hopes of getting support from other lap band patients. I think that it is time I stop trying to do things on my own and get support from others. I know this has been alot of my struggle before and after the surgery. So please feel free to share your experiences and advice with me and I will do the same.
