I find it ridiculous that I am discussing a glitter word. LOL, I own a very successful business, make 6 figures a year, and have chosen to take some time off to prepare and have this surgery in 2 days, and I'm not stressed over my surgery as much as this glitter nonsense! I don't know if it is because of my pre-op diet, or because I quit my nicorette gum 2 days ago or both that the little things are getting to me... really getting to me. I am a grown woman and need to put things into prospective.... a glitter sign....really....c'mon Yesterday i recieved a Private Message to please remove a Notorious Novembers Banner, that they made,...I removed it and sent her a message back that I would, and that I was sorry!! Everything is done I moved on and then...well.......I go to the spreadsheet page and it is a topic of discussion, I FELT like i was infringing on someones creativity...Stealing....How Dare I.....and then a link was posted because the same thing happened to someone elses(some one stole JME's) OMG!!!! Jme this is a support page, I don't need to be bothered with the petty things. Please stop stirring the pot!! I do appreciate all of the kind emails and support i've received from you all. My daughter suprised me and made a Notorious Novembers banner...I really didn't want one after the "situation", but she made it on her tablet PC (not on a generic site), she drew it free hand and told me that everyone can use it, I know that these banners can be infantile but this banner came from a young girls heart. Please lets move on!!!

To all November Bandsters, I am the culprit. I did copy and paste a Notorious Novembers Glitter Sign. This has been a very humbling experience for me...I did not realize that I was infringing on anyones creativity. I canadiangirl do solemly swear to NEVER take a GLITTER SIGNATURE without that persons consent. I am not familliar with forums like these, I am not schooled in netiquette, so please be patient with me. Please accept my deepest apologies Froggi. I did not realize the time and effort that was put into the designs...and now I do. Relax everyone crisis is averted, I have removed the glitter sign!!!!!

I'll have to look for the Hazelnut flavour, and I'm glad you told me that Wal-Mart sells them...I'll have to go to Wal-Mart and see if they have them there in Alberta. Thanks Texas!

Hi Froggi, Congrats on your weightloss! I too have lost some weight on my pre-op diet, i've lost 12lbs so far, so now i'm at 326lbs!

Hi everyone, I have been asking everybody if they know of any good Protein drinks out there! I finally found one on my own. It's called Bolthouse Farms Perfectly Protein Mocha Cappuccino, and it tastes like a mocha frappuccino from Starbucks and there is ABSOLUTELY NO Protein shake taste to it. I bought it at Save-On Foods in Alberta. It's made in the U.S. so I would imagine you would have it there too! I can't handle any Protein Drinks, they make me gag, but this one is FABULOUS! It' has 2.5 grams of fat per serving , I love it and it curbs my appetite. There is some caffienne in it, and i know that some of you aren't supposed to have that, but if you can it's a great alternative. It is expensive though. I hope this helps.

I'm really excited...I hope everyones surgery goes great, and to all of you that have had yours this month... congrats!!!...and now that you've gotten your band do you have any advice for us, in regards to the things you wish you brought with you or needed after your surgery?

Congrats on your surgery date, i'm getting mine on the 20th of November. I'm sure the holidays are going to be hard for us both....but you have to look at it this way, at least we won't gain any weight over the holidays...LOL...at least I hope we don't. Good luck to you!

It's so good to hear from another Edmontontian!!! I am getting my surgery @TLBC in Toronto on the 20th. I was assured by them that they do have a fill Dr. in Edmonton but I don't know what their name is, i'll let you know when I find out. Where arer you getting your surgery?

I was told to try Isopure, you can get it at the GNC. It's supposed taste good. It's not a shake, it comes in iced tea, berry flavor etc. I hate protein drinks as well. I hope that helps.
