Not really. It's something that most of us had to tough out. Hang in there...it will soon get better.

I have surgery on the 4th of Dec and am on the liquid and low carb diet for 5 week...horribe I know but will be well worth it. I have found a couple of different protien things that are not too bad. There is the PureProtein Shakes...the Banana Cream is pretty good. It has 35G of protein in a 12 oz can. Only 2 carbs. The choloclate and cookies and cream are pretty good as well. I also like Cytosport Protein pure performance Drink (like gatorade) but it has 40G of protein and NO carbs. The watermelon is so YUMMY! They also have the pure portein shots that are 42g of protein 2 carbs zero sugar and zero fat. 2 drinks and you have 42g of protein done. Hope that helps...i went to our vitamin store and they helped me mix it up.

I was told to try Isopure, you can get it at the GNC. It's supposed taste good. It's not a shake, it comes in iced tea, berry flavor etc. I hate protein drinks as well. I hope that helps.
