  1. Lucky u!! i just re-read all my post-op material and i cant find anything that says when i can have coffee again! Thursday is my 1 week post op appt im asking him then... as there just so happens to be a SB in the corner!
  2. Good one, I haven’t given it much thought cause I’m not thinking of food like that, for now my brain is set on food is fuel.. Yeah I wanted to smack my husband while he ate a BigMac & fries and I sipped on broth but in the long run I felt better that I know I physically can’t eat it and really don’t want it, I went through all this for a reason and after I’m healed a kids meal or a bite of mac will be all I need..
  3. OMG belly dancing sounds like fun! But I would definitely wait till I was 100% healed wouldn’t want a stitch to pop while shimmying LOL:blushing:
  4. Since surgery I’ve been walking around the home and yesterday we went to a park to walk around a lake for a about a mile walk. Today I attempted to do an exercise DVD, Walk away the lbs to be exact and did a quick 20mins workout that left me sweating but not overdoing it. After im a week post op I’ll see if I can work out a bit more vigorously but for now as long as im sweatin im countin it! Lol So what is everyone else doing? Maybe others can get suggestions as this is a integral part to our success stories!

  8. i had a insignificant gain, but i weighed myself yesterday and i was 5.5 less than my surgery day. However I noticed my stomach bloatness reduced, I also agree with some to watch the broths/soups your eating sodium count..too much will cause some gain/water retention. I’m sure one night it all go away and I won’t be surprised if you see a -7+ on the scale.. Rapid Healing Dec 10th & Week 2 gang!:tongue2:
  9. ironically enough i feel fine internally, i can eat w/o a problem i did eat my Soup a bit too fast and felt the discomfort asap.. if i can just rid myself of this neck/shoulder pain lol
