  10. brandycsiz started following Loose Skin , Tummy Time , Herbalife and 6 others
  11. Good morning, I have just been approved to have the lose skin removed off my stomach on May 5th. I am really excited and scared at the same time. Looking to see what I should have at home to help with the surgery and recover.. I am looking for the good and the bad..
  12. Thank you for point this out to me. I will do some research on other protein powders. I was just looking for a quick fix for the boredom.
  13. Good morning all... I have been getting bored with my protein shakes so for the last 2 weeks I have been going to this nutrition store to get a protein shake and tea every morning. The protein shakes and tea are made with Herbalife products. The shakes are 24 grams of protein, and the teas have a bunch of vitamins. What are your thoughts on using these as part of your plan...
  14. My win for today is remembering to bring all my vitamins with me to work today. This is my weekly struggle...
  15. I have always been a whole milk user. I can't say drinker cause before surgery I would rarely drink milk. Since the surgery I have been using it to make my protein shakes and overnight oats. In the last week I have been having tummy issues after drinking my shake or having my oats. Has anybody else developed an issue with milk after surgery. Now I need to figure out what to use instead of whole milk for my shake and oats. I am hoping this will be an easy fix.
  16. Congratulations!!! You look amazing...
  17. I am about 4 months post op and for some reason I have gotten off track.. I don't know if it is because I am free to eat anything so I am pushing my limits with sweets, my gym time is getting less and less, I am forgetting my vitamins. Things are getting out of control quickly... please tell me I am not the only one that this is happening too.. I honestly had no idea that this would be like a full time job keeping track of everything.. Tonight I get back control of this but man this is way harder then I thought it would be...

  19. I am having the same struggle that you are having.. lately when people have been asking how am I losing the weight I just tell me.. working out 5-6 days a week, high protein, low carb and fat diet. That seems to do the trick. If they want to know more then I will tell them about the flavored waters that I am drinking and some of the high protein food that I am eating.
  20. I have lost almost 100lbs since I start the process 3 years ago ( when I first started playing with the idea of having surgery) .. since my surgery I am down 43lbs.. I wish there was a way to add those dates to the tracker. According to my status on the Baritastic App I am averaging about 2lbs a week. I think I am just so worried about failing, or disappointing my surgeon/medical team. Thank you for the boost of confidence.. your stats are amazing.. my boobs are starting to get flat too ( next shoping experience is bra's)
  21. Hey guys... I just wanted to check in.. I am going next week for my 3 month post op appointment and for some reason I am feeling really down.. I don't feel like I have done enough, lost enough , or working out enough. I am going to buckle down a little more this week.. I have some meal planning to do and hope that I might lose a little bit more before this appointment.. On a good note.. I am now on bag number 3 of donation clothes, most of my closet is pretty cleaned out. looking at super cut summer clothes. I went shopping last night bought a new pair of jeans. I have gone from a size 26-24 2xl-3xl to an 18 pants, xl shirt. so excited for cloths shopping.. I hope everyone else is doing good...
  22. Well my dealer is back.. those cute little girls that ask in such a sweet voice if I want to buy Girl Scout cookies... of course I buy them.. how do you tell them no.. I took them home last night $20.00 worth . Thank goodness I have 3 boys and a husband around to eat them. I did put my favorite box up in the cabinet after only eating one cookie... Gosh I hope the dealer goes away soon...
  23. I have an appointment with the family Dr on the 22nd and will show her what is going on to have it documented.. I honestly did not know if I would do skin removal cause I did not think it would be an issue but I am only 10 weeks Post op and still have 95lbs to lose so I am sure I am going to need it.. I will try the baby powder/ cornstarch blend..
  24. I am having issues with loose skin and it rubbing.. Last night it was hurting where it was rubbing... What does everyone do for this issue... I knew it was coming since I have so much to loose but I was not expecting it this soon....
