I need help
I platued after 6 months and started logging my calories in an app called MyFitnessPal. It can help to meet with your doctor or nutritionist to set goals for the day including macros and calories. It'll get you back on track along with any other guidelines they want to give you.

Am I crazy for wanting to cancel my surgery next week and just try Wegovy?
Wegovy can help, but a lot of people, like celebs are using it for 10-20 lbs. I had lot more than that to lose, so I dumped ozempix and got surgery. Big change, but happy with it. As far as your program, you could cancel and look for more support if you don't trust this Dr and his office. But there are good programs out there. Good luck!

Post op Roux-en-Y Bypass
I think you're supposed to only eat liquids at first because you need to let your stomach heal. I wouldn't push yourself with solid food.

Bowel Movements
I have something similar but it only happens every other day which means that on the off days I'm not going much at all. It kind of explains things for me. I don't see how you can be having two to three movements a day everyday! Maybe ask the Doc

Rice
Can you? Yes, though my program advised against it. Should you? Keep it to a minimum if you can't avoid it. My two cents!

Post surgery hair loss
100lbs !! Wow, good for you. I'm down 80 since 2/15/23 and I've experienced thinning as well. I can tell from the mirror and shower drain. I take my vitamins plus biotin, though I'm not sure the latter does anything. Everyone says it's normal and should come back, unless your surgery coincides with male pattern baldness, etc !

How soon after surgery...
Sounds to me like you're doing great! You haven't even platued!

Specialist: 4-5months stall. Explanations please!!
What does your nutritionist say about your caloric intake given your activity level? Also, how much muscle mass have you gained? I've gained 20 lbs since Feb according to my smart scale . That's part of it anyway.

Constipation…HELP
I had stool softener from the Dr that worked ...then I switched to OTC medicine beyond that, maybe a large coffee and breakfast sandwich from Dunkin? ?. Kidding, that was the old days. Constipation basically went away for me by month 6, but I'm still irregular . Hang in there. Natural remedies: reduce cheese and up prune juice....

Sometimes I can eat more than other days. Is that good?
For me it depends on the type of food I've eaten, as well as the amount of liquid in my stomach. I don't think it's a huge deal. But my theory is: if I'm grazing too much, I'm probably making poor choices at meal time. (Eg not enough protein)

Snacks
Protein bars that are low in sugar. Some are like candy bars so read the labels! I like Pure Protein bars that I get at Walmart. Amazon too. Great flavors. Only problem is long list of artificial ingredients. RX bars have more sugar, but better ingredients I also like certain low sugar yogurts such as Oikos Triple Zero, Ratio with 25 grams of protein and Skyyr Icelandic yogurt made by a couple different brands. Also, boiled eggs, cottage cheese and cheese sticks are good.

Reheating food
Unsure what you're referring to...I reheat in my toaster oven all the time.

17 Day Post Op/Liquids
The Dr or dietician didn't layout a post op plan? That's unfortunate . Yes , I was on soft foods like scrambled eggs at about 2 weeks. Sugar free pudding/jello/yogurt as well.

No restriction!
I was still on soft foods after 3 weeks No biscuits for me. Did your Dr give you a diet to follow? I find eggs very filling. I snacked on sugar free jello and pudding. We were advised to avoid "slider" foods such as potato chips and pretzels because they aren't very nutritious or satiating

Viactiv calcium chews
I think those particular chews are calcium carbonate. They taste fine, at least the ones I had which were caramel. The problem for me is that I had kidney stones so I have to try and stay away from calcium carbonate. I buy calcium citrate which is more expensive.
