  1. Ok, I must have imagined the story because after doing a search, I can't find it. I thought for sure that I saw she had that many implanted. Either way, it is still just so wrong.
  2. One of the stories that I read on cnn.com said that they implanted al 8. My understanding was she had 8 embryos left and implanted them all. I will try to find the story. If I can, I will post the link.
  3. The next step will be a visit on Ellen or Rachel Ray where they will give her a boat load of stuff. Vans, strollers, clothes, and a house. You know that they have done it for so many of the multiple births. I can't stand it. The fact that she was able to have 6 children through IVF is strange enough, but for them to allow her to impant 8 more is pure insanity.
  4. I wish I had known how you felt about these. I just threw away 4 cases (fruit punch and orange) of these that I would have gladly sent your way. I could not stomach the taste of them. I tried to mix them. I tried to drink it in shots. I just couldn't do it. *shudder*
  5. It is so exciting. I was starting to look very sloppy in my size 22 work pants. I went shopping this weekend and bought size 16 pants! It is so exciting! I didn't even think I could wear them. I was just trying them on to see how far I had to go to fit them. They are actually a little big! This is such as exciting time in our lives. It makes it all worth while when you start to see results.
  6. :w00t::lol:I thought the same thing! ha ha
  7. Your DH sounds like my DH. He has to have his chips. I have to buy the 50 count multi-flavored boxes. I don't put them in the kitchen so that I won't grab a bag. I like the crunchy jalapeno cheddar Cheetos. I didn't buy any. I would have tried to eat my weight in them. :w00t:
  8. That's probably the reason my DH won't go with me. I will look frumpy compared to him and make him look bad.:w00t: He hasn't actually said that, but that is my "fat girl" brain thinking for him.
  9. Cheetos need to be their own food group. That was something else I started eating once I had the cake. I have now gotten them all out of the house. Good luck to us all!
  10. I wasn't watching. I watched several shows I had recorded on my DVR. Then, being the boring person that I am, I went to bed early.:w00t:
  11. I am going to start again. I started going a little crazy this past few weeks. It started with a taste of cake. I obviously cannot just taste the cake. I haven't gained any weight, but I also haven't lost any in 2 weeks. It is time to start over (again ;0P). Thanks for bumping this back up to the top. I needed to see it again.
  12. Thank you. I was so excited. I have to say that I am like you. I won't go to the gym alone. The one person that would go with me, isn't really old enough to work out on the equipment (my 11 year old son). My DH wants us to join a gym, but he won't go with me.
  13. Debbie, you have reason to be excited. I never thought pervert at all. I am so very happy for you. This is so exciting. Each new phase is special. Enjoy this time. You deserve it!
  14. woohoo! I am so happy for you! Don't apologize for the font. You have a RIGHT to be proud of that number! Keep it up!
  15. First, welcome to the September thread. It is really nice to be able to talk to people who are in the same stages. I understand your excitement about shopping. I went shopping today for the first time. I bought size 16 pants! I haven't owned a size 16 in 10 years (at least). I was so shocked! It is wonderful when we start to see results. We can do this!
  16. Thanks so much!
  17. I am so sorry that you had such a difficult delivery. I am glad that everything is now ok. You will forget all about the pain (or so they say:wink:). Congrats again to you and your family!
  18. PJTP-I bought size sixteen jeans today! I just tried them on to see how much further I had to go to fit them. Imagine my surprise when they not only fit, but are actually a little big! They weren't big enough to go smaller.
  19. Hi Susie! We are surgery sisters! I had my surgery 09/25/08. We just have to keep in mind that this is a marathon. We are in it for the long haul. Your weight loss is awesome! Don't diminish what you have done. Keep up the good work yourself!
  20. Congrats LJM on the new band baby!:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
  21. OMG! My son thinks it is so funny. I have gas constantly. I will say this, it doesn't seem to have a smell (at least my gas doesn't), but it is constant.
  22. Thanks for the update She! This is so exciting!
