  1. earlobes, kneecaps, fingers...you name it, I need it. Make sure you let me know when this bank robbing is going on so I can get my cut.:thumbup:
  2. That is so sad. I would think you never fully recover from something like that. You learn to cope, but not really recover. My grandmother out lived her oldest daughter. My grandmother was never really the same after my aunt died.
  3. Beth-I to understand completely what you are going through. You make your decisions either way, and we will all be here for you no matter what. (((((hugs)))))
  4. Morning everyone! ________________________________________________________________ Beth-sending you many cyber (((((hugs))))). I will be praying for your strength to do whatever it is that will make you happy.
  5. Thanks for the recipe G4E. I haven't tried rice since my fill. KC, Luluc-you both have cute doggies.
  6. :tt2::tt2::lol:You are so bad!
  7. KC-you are so sweet to even think of that.:thumbup: I just was in complete denial about what was going to happen with my mouth. I feel much better than I did, but chewing is still a chore. I appreciate the thought though. When I get these suckers tightened in 6 weeks, I might take you up on that.:skep:
  8. :thumbup::lol:At least it wasn't in the fridge! DH did that once. He watches 2 or three shows at once so he has to have his remote to flip back and forth. He searched for an hour! I happened to go into the fridge to start dinner and there it was!:skep:
  9. I hadn't even thought about making lentils! Thank you so much for mentioning that. I will be having food for dinner!
  10. **looking over shoulder while licking fingers**How'd you know that? That is me. It doesn't help that I am having difficulty chewing lately. The chocolate just melts on the tongue. Thankfully, I don't have any here (anymore). :thumbup::lol:I cracked up when I read that earlier today.
  11. I told you...chocolate is evil! It sinks its hook into you before you have a chance to fight. Can you tell I have had a "fight" with chocolate recently?
  12. :lol:I can see it! That is DH and DS! When DS burned his hand, he dropped the pot he was using and came running into the master bathroom. He turned on the cold water (smart kid sometimes) and yelled that he needed a bandaid. I asked did he cut himself. No answer. I asked if he fell (he does this a lot). No answer. Finally he admitted to burning himself. I went into the kitchen where the pot was on the stove, but the contents were on the floor. DH was sitting at the computer blissfully unaware of anything going on.:thumbup:
  13. chocolate.....:thumbup: Oh...Sorry. Chocolate is evil!:skep:
  14. I have no recipes, but I have a freezer that would love to take any "extra" sauces that you want to throw my way.
  15. Happy Birthday Heartfire!:thumbup::party:
  16. That's ok KC. The right hot guy is going to come running for your hot body (your hot cooking will just be a plus:wink2:).
  17. (waving hand wildly)Me first, me first!:tongue2: So true. No knives and guns needed! My DS is an accident waiting to happen. He has broken bones just running around the house. I can't imagine letting him loose with a mower or around the hot stove. He tried to "cook" for his dad once. To say that experiment went wrong is an understatement. Most of the food ended up on the floor after DS decided to pick up the pan with his bare hands. DH was sitting there and didn't even notice that DS had burned himself. Between the two of them, my house would be burned down and all of the few flowers I have destroyed.
  18. I don't cook well. I also don't have any furry animals, but I have a 12 year old boy and a yard from hell! I need Tap more than any of you! How is everyone's Sunday afternoon?
  19. Morning Tap! Did you get more sleep last night?
  20. Heartfire-glad you and DD had fun at the pool. Boom Boom Pow is a rap/dance/pop song by the Blackeyed Peas. G4E-you crack me up! You would never have lived it down if you hadn't gotten those pants down! I hope everyone is having a wonderful Saturday!
  21. Enjoy the fresh foods lu! I am so glad that you are feeling better.
  22. Yay Tap for getting some sleep! Congrats G4E on the NSV! That is great! Morning everyone!
  23. Welcome to the wild bunch! My DH and DS were here, and I was just as alone as you were. I kept waiting for some pearl of widsom from plain on tap's sleep deprivation. Wasn't it awful! I could not believe the crud she wrote!
