  1. If you're in to low carb eating...like Keto...you can make some cheese chips.

  3. Choose lettuces with actually health benefits. Not iceberg which is pointless. My favorite is butter lettuce and kale.
  4. Also, get the Baritastic App and start logging your foods. It helps to see what you're really putting in.

  6. Me personally, I don't feel it's too much perse. How many calories were you eating prior to surgery? You should only be able to eat 2-4 ounces at one sitting but I was able to eat an entire container (5.3oz) of Greek yogurt. [emoji2368]
  7. I can't wait to be able to make some Cut da Carb recipes. 3 weeks out today. [emoji3590]
  8. Your doctor should have given you pre-op instructions. Mine just has me on a 2 day liquid diet prior to surgery but I'm considered low BMI.
  9. I would most definitely be evaluated by your doctor. It could be simple syncope or it could be a heart rhythm issue.
  10. Me and my wife will be having the Sleeve with Dr. Sandy June 16th. We went through Lighter Dream and they've been awesome so far.
