HI everyone, I was only joking about the prize, just trying to ruffle a few feathers into some competition, not that I am that much of a threat lying on the couch with my back pain, actually I was naughty, yes I know, before you all start saying something, and was in the garden lifting some heavy things, back hurts again so I have given in for the night. I am my own worst enemy!!! But my garden looks good...........I hope I don't kill anything in it, I have tried so hard to go by the book!!! Obviously down here it is warming up a lot, nice clear days, but cool, it gets too hot later.................we celebrated Guy Fawkes this weekend, which is like your July 4Th, lots of fireworks.............. :phanvan not good for me either, my first day I work my heart out in that garden, here I am two days later with severe lower back ache and off work again, it really annoys me a) as I would like to be working dying to do some exercising to win the challenge, but now I am flat on my back, with no-one to moan to, hehehehe!!!! I never had back problems before, yet I lose 20 kilos, 40 something pounds and it hit me..............mmmmmm sad!!!! Ok is there somewhere we sign up, and noone told me what the prize was hahaha!!! Hi all, haven't talked to you all for a while, but been reading the thread, and admiring how well you are all doing..........so my announcement is that i am ready to join the November challenge, I even started yesterday with 10 mins weights and 35 mins on treadmill, so count me in................ But be warned.........I am gonna win the challenge, hehehehe!!!! :mad: Other news, wore my new downsized uniform and people were commenting on how good I look, wow, it felt great! had another fill, doing ok on it, hard to eat sometimes though but usually my own fault from not chewing properly or slowly, down another couple of kilos although i dont' weight myself as I will just obsess over it otherwise Hello to you all Regards Amourette!!!!!:clap2:

Wow, was thinking about the October thread but wow, was away for a week and you guys are already on the 3rd page thread, congrats!!!!! I haven't been posting much lately but still hanging around. I am doing fine and trying to cope with it all, although it isn't always easy with my travelling. HIya all.........I haven't been on the site much lately, funny how time goes so quickly!!!! Have been looking at the October challenge and I can't believe how many posts are already up........I am not into my exercise as much as you guys are as yet........I am still trying, but making it at least a priority to move around more each day and filling my days up with walking and gardening, mowing lawns etc.......... Lost in 6 months 30 pounds or more, into a smaller sized uniform for work, my back hurts no longer at work either and am noticing the smaller victories, have had two fills, last one taken out due to NOTHING going down after last fill, very scary........am missing you all, tell me the gossip, Efficka, Ceperano, Picardy, all of you are you there!!?? HIya there, yes I got told I had a really large, fatty liver when I had my op, was disappointed as I had meticulously followed the pre-op diet, would be interested also to know more about this Cheers!!!!!

It would be nice for a state funeral, but family comes first and they are more important now.........................so the state funeral is definitely off then?

I thought he was great anyway, but was in Los Angeles when it happened and it played non-stop on most news channels, he was big, probably more out of his own country, I think he deserves a state funeral. Still can't believe it, he felt the barb go in and pulled it out, then went unconscious and it was only the camera man who saw bllod, stopped filming and raised the alarm......... Steve Irwin, our crocodile hunter passed away tragically less than two days ago, please share in our grief, a great family, 2 kids 2 and 8! I was devasted when I found out, I think out kiwi and Ozzie friends need some support, personnally I am gutted, where do you go from here~:eek:

I have to start this thread I am sorry, it is a great loss for many of us down in OZ and NZ, personaly I was awake at 4.30 when it hit headlines CNN, I didn't belive at first, I am gutted now, cannot believe what has hapenned he is an icon, sate funeral should be !!!!! Sorry but this is aan amazing, big loss for Australia:cry

From NZ, or deepest sympathy, totally shocked, thoughts wih the family..........you will get thousands of letters, but you are a tragic loss to OZ NATURE, WE love you!!!!

Croc Hunter had a great wife totally together and great, beautiful children, he was filming for her when it happened, from NZ we loved you all.............still stunned!!!

I found out on the Cnn news 4.30 Sunday and thought they MUST have the wrong person, I am grieved as my father passed away two year ago and I haven't greived, I am taking his loss in the work rather badly.........he hd a great wife and BEATIFUL kids.......what does anyone else feel, I am totally stunned.......... am back down here in NZ, it is sooooo sad
