High protein

I'm needing Flavored protein powder chocolate and vanilla to make protein balls. I use Genepro unflavored for extra protein right now.

Does anybody know of some good protein ball recipes? If so could you please share!!

So wanting to get recommendations on protein powder. I use premier protein liquid for my protein drinks. They are all right. But would like to make protein balls and need a powder protein.I would also like to be able to use the protein powder for protein drinks. Any suggestions on ones that taste better but also price efficient?

Disregard last question saw your response. I use Protein2o, tropical coconut, harvest grape, and fruit punch. I like them have a good flavor.

Have you tried them? How are they?

I use Benefiber, can't taste it and no grit! I mix with water down gatorade zero, Ultima Replenisher power drink, or hit tea. I was having issues getting constipated and it's been working.

What is the best tasting brand yogart or Greek yogart right after surgery?

I had surgery on 8/20 since then water doesn't taste good at all. My doctor says it's common and to try other brands to find one I might like. Also I have a bad taste in my mouth most of the time. Wasn't sure if anyone experiences this, and if so Is there a brand of water you like?

I'm taking 1200mg of gabapentin 3 times a day.

I was wondering if anyone is taking gabapentin before /after baratric bypass surgery? If so are having complications or a difficult road to recovery? I been real nausea, stomach feels upside down, diarrhea. I was hoping to find some people to talk to and get your experiences , and or suggestions to help, please help.

Im having surgery on the 20th. Im not sure if anyone has suggestions for any items for liquid diet part. Like what is the best chicken broth etc?
