Water

I had surgery on 8/20 since then water doesn't taste good at all. My doctor says it's common and to try other brands to find one I might like. Also I have a bad taste in my mouth most of the time. Wasn't sure if anyone experiences this, and if so Is there a brand of water you like?

Water is possbily not tasting too good because you are in ketosis because of the high protein/low carb intake...tasting metallic? It will pass soon hopefully.

yep - ketosis.

I used to love plain water - now I only like it at restaurants. I drank a lot of Crystal Light the first couple of years after surgery - now I drink mostly flavored (but very low or no calories) waters.

Weird -- it was kind of the opposite for me. I used to hate drinking unflavored water ("Life's too short to drink plain water," I used to say), but now I don't mind it, and sometimes I even prefer plain water. I do still like flavored water, too, but I drink a lot more plain water than I used to. Maybe you could try calorie-free water enhancers (Mio, Crystal Light, etc.). There are many flavors available, so you should be able to find one you like.

I used to like water before my surgery and now I can't stand it. I drink propel and powerade zero instead.
