NO! If you have the documentation then you send it to someone specifically and call them and ask if the have everything they need. That is BS! Don't give up. That is what they want you to do.

How many calories are you guys getting in a day on average? I am only one week post op and have a Zoom call with Doctors office today and do not remember hearing a number from surgery to regular diet. Let me hears from you on you caloric story after surgery. Thanks

My wife loves to go out to eat. She does not have a weight problem at all...just enjoys the process. I hve to eat out when I travel on business a few days each month pre Covid. One I get the vaccine I will travel some again...just not yet.

Thank you my dear. I also have all my teeth and 80% of my hair but scheduled a hair transplant to get back to close to 100%.Something I am doing for myself. With the right doctor this procedure is really great. I am 63....I am going to have a few good years!

I have all those traits!! Just fat right now...but this too shall pass!

I had mine done last Tuesday and back to work on Thursday. I work from home but I was lucky and had no pain and ready to resume life.

I have never tried the blackened chicken tenders at Popeyes...A few weeks from now I will give it a shot! Thanks

I will be back traveling about 4 nights a month soon and will need FF option at lunch. Chick Fil a Grilled nuggets and Wendys small chili hve ben said to be a good choice.

She is not overweight and attractive. People have told me before Man, What is she doing with you? I would answer...Well I haven't always looked like this. You really don't quite understand how fat you are pre surgery.Honestly I had a hard time looking at myself in the mirror, did any of you experience this? I saw on a report from my doctor the words Morbidly Obese. That was the day I started thinking about this procedure and found Gastric Sleeve. I had a lap band about 15 years ago that was also taken out. If you have one I hope it works for you but it was jus not for me. Anyways I am hoping for a new life for my last years on this earth...better years! You dont see alot of old real fat guys walking around! What is your story?

Physically I have no hunger which is just crazy and awesome! I do think about things at night like nuts and popcorn just because of past habits. I guess that is head hunger. I am wondering how long did this last for you individually? I am loving it!
