  1. Just checked my BP....104/72 HR 54. I have not had a pill today.
  2. Hey you look great and I hope to be about the same size. I can get back in the gym in 3 weeks. When you started back did you you hve to take it easy or were you getting after it? Looking forward to getting back in the gym.
  3. Thanks I am glad to hear this. Thanks again for sharing. I hope others will share their stories. I got really light hheaded the other day and checked my BP. it was 61/42! Wow I have never seen anything like that. Took a couple of hours to get back in the normal range.
  4. Yeah...Honestly I have been amazed at these first 10 days and how well the surgery went. I am looking forward to a great future! Good luck...You will be fine!
  5. How long before you were able to kick BP Meds to the curb? I have been on them about 10 years and have had some really low readings at times since surgery. I also suspect they create a little weight gain. Looking forward to being off these in the near future!
  6. This group is your support system and will keep you in check if you mess up. No worries...you have got this! Spend as much time on here as you can and vent, ask questions, talk...whatever you need to do. Good Luck!

  16. I think you may be experiencing Head Hunger. They took out the part of your stomach that had the Hunger Hormone. I had my surgery on 2/23 and have not been hungry. I have had to deal with Head hunger a few times. Spend as much time here as you can and you will be fine. I too have had a very uneventful recovery, honestly amazing. Good luck!
