  2. Pray, Biotin, Keratin, Finasteride, Minoxidil, Derma Roller, Iron if Doc says OK.
  3. You will learn how much of what you can eat. I am learning this now. I am very happy with this tool. I wish I had done this a long time ago.
  4. Yes I love me some green beans as well!
  5. Dr Lee Schmitt is awesome. Had the surgery 3 weeks ago and for me...No pain and no hunger! I wish I had done it sooner!

  11. That is so awesome! Hoping for the same success. 49# since surgery date?
  12. I am not talking about head hunger or just wanting to eat something. Like no hunger because of loss of the hunger hormone in the portion of your stomach that was removed. I am hoping this last a good while because well...IT IS AWESOME!
  13. Thanks Matty, I knew I wasn't alone here, I think I will believe what my Doc told me. Its is hard to believe that when someone is less than 2 weeks out from surgery they are hungry. I ws replying to someone that recently had the surgery that I have been talking to for a few weeks. She has no hunger either. I am not sure what that was all about. Have a great weekend!
  14. You can blend with crushed ice in a bullet and have a pretty tasty shake as well!!
  15. SORRY....BUT For me I have had ZERO HUNGER...NONE! I am not sure how long this will lst if it is a few weeks, months or years. My surgeon who has been doing Bariatric surgery for over 30 years told me I may not experience any hunger for up to 4 years. I trust him.I also had zero pain and had a lap band removed the same day, thats just me but I can't be alone. He has much more experience with this than anyone on here other than some bariatric doctors. I am going to stick with what he told me for now until something changes. I hd Sleeve surgery not bypass. Thanks
  16. I feel like I could have a protein shake morning or mid day from here on out. They taste good to me and flll me up.
  17. Thanks for the advice. I will check in with my nutrisionist on Monday. I have never been much of breakfast fan. I drink a shake with collgen protein and whey protein and crushed ice and blend. I am getting in about 1000 calories a day, which is at the high end of what I am supposed to get in at this point. I sincerly thank everyone and appreciate your input!
