  1. Good answer GF
  2. I have only lost 40 lbs and did not tell anyone about surgery. I have been told You look great...Your color is good...What the Hell does that even mean? I live at the beach...my color should be the same.
  3. Male vs female emotions. I am not saying it is right but painting with a broad brush generally true.
  4. Still Awesome! Way to go bro..k Dang Dude...You are killing it! Down 64#s CONGRATS! I may have asked this before but that does include pre op diet I hope. I am down 25 lbs in about 6 weeks I am in the middle of 3rd stall. All have lasted 5 days or so.
  5. I agree...Go on and get it over with if you can't let go. I believe he will think it is petty...just my thinking. If you can't move on then say something.
  6. It sounds like it MIGHT lead to an argument if marriage has not been stellar recently.
  7. Good answer Cat!
  8. From another man...yes you are being bit sensitive. This was hopefully said in jest. Women tend to wear their emotions on their sleeve more than men. OK....Now all you women jump on me with both feet!

  10. Thanks for the heads up. I was about to buy these.
  11. I catch myself wanting to eat when I am actually not hungry. I am still trying to figure this out after almost 6 weeks. Once you get to the semi regular diet things get better. Watch out trying to graze or eat when not hungry. I eat sf popsicles every night just about sometime 3 or 4. At 15 cals they work for me.
  12. I agree as a previous bander. Sleeve is sooooo much better!
  13. I hope that if I lose 100 lbs I can get off this blasted thing!
  14. Oh and buy some sugar free popsicles.
  15. Congrats...I know you are excited! Go buy some dry mouth spray right now! You will need it when you wake up from surgery!
  16. Anyone add thinly sliced mushrooms and zucchini to this dish?
  17. OMG! Please don't tell me that! I have got to get off this thing. I have grown to hate it!
  18. NJ...How much have you lost since surgery? I see 65.8 overall. You must have lost a lot prior to surgery
  19. Well I am only a little over 5 weeks out...so I have that to look forward to. How much had you lost at 5 months? Was that second sleep study covered by insurance?
  20. Yeah that is pretty accurate for me as well. Stall...lose a pound a day and stall again.
  21. Thanks...You ever get on the scale knowing you have lost weight only to find you are a pound heavier or no weight loss? Man that is frustrating!
