  1. I am sick and tired of this dadgum cpap machine!! I am down about 40 lbs ...guess I will have to lose 100 to quit snoring.
  2. I am happy for you. I am at 278 trying to get to 269 is next goal...moving along at about 5 lbs a week.
  3. Not sure about Not sure about Bypass but you will probably need dry mouth spray when you wake up from surgery
  4. Dang BB you are close to goal already! That is awesome Dude! Are you going to stick with your original goal weight?
  5. This may be very different for some Sleeve vs By Pass. I can drink water very close to what I did before. Food is a different story. I can eat 3/4 a cup and that is more than it sounds like, without a problem. If I ate a cup I would probably feel sick. I start sneezing and that is time to stop eating for me.
  6. I could drink liquid normally after surgery. I understand many have to sip but I did not. Quantity changed that I could drink at a time and yes you will know if you are drinking too much at once. I feel sick for few minutes until it passes. You will learn fast.
  7. I did like battered and fried anything. I am sure it would taste good but have no desire to eat that type thing anymore
  8. What are you consuming during the day?
  9. I too am a 2/23 surgery. I started at 302 and down to 278 so 24 lbs. You are doing great! You have lost almost a pound a day!
  10. You are averaging 3.6 lbs a week. That is pretty dadgum good. Stay the course and use your tool and you will get there!
  11. Damn I need to turn in!
  12. The first day was the worst for me...This will pass and you won't regret it!
  13. So sorry for your loss...Things will get better with time. True depression (Not the Blues) can eat you alive. Most people do not understand it especially if you have not been diagnosed with a form of depression. About 15 years ago I had a bout with depression. I got over it with medical help. Are you seeing a Psychiatrist? There is no shame in that. I did and it helped me get better and now that is in my rear view mirror. You will always have that sense of loss but you can beat depression with the right meds. It took me several months but I did beat it and no more meds needed. I would encourage you to seek professional help and you will get better. If you need to talk to someone that has been down this road ....private message me. I have been where you are now.
  14. Hey how are you doing? I see you had surgery this week. I hope all is well.
