  1. Ok, thanks for the info. I guess I was thinking about Pancreatic cancer witch is almost always fatal.
  2. It should be year around!?
  3. The "seasonal" Premier Protein Pumpkin Spice shakes are back! You can order them on Amazon, Walmart or Costco .com. They are truly a treat! Mine should be here by next Friday !
  4. I bought some red, white and blue ones on Amazon a few years ago I think they were called U.S. kitchen (even though they are from China). They are large and have a drip tray so the mess is limited. I usually just make them with sugar free Hawaiian Punch or cool aid. It's a nice evening snack.
  5. I didn't think you could live without a Pancreas?
  6. Sugar free jello is a nice treat. I ate it every night during my pre-op.
  7. Premier Protein Cafe' Latte! Also the PP Pumpkin Spice but it's seasonal.
  8. Yeah I got those too.
  9. It sounds like you're doing good. I get an upset stomach at least once a week. I'm still trying to figure out what I can and can't eat. Best of luck and stay positive.
  10. Best of luck Melanie. This isn't a big secret, exercise and watch what you put into your body nothing we all haven't heard 1000 times. I wish you all the best. I would however do something now though and don't wait until you're out of onederland.
  11. I'm sure you're not the only one. I personally didn't cheat because I really want this to be perminate. I don't think two eggs on day 4 or 5 is the end of the world, but remember the two week pre-op. is to shrink your liver to give them more room to work inside. I'd get back on the horse for the final week +. I've seen on here some doctor's don't even required the pre op. but I'd follow your doctor's orders.
  12. The Fruit punch procare health chewables are terrible too! I ordered 3 90 count bottles so i'm stuck with them for a while. My Doctor said just make sure they say Bariatric multivitamins on the bottle and NO gummies. So that's what I'm taking.
  13. My doctor gave me the same instructions, I drank 4 Premier proteins a day ate jello in the evenings for desert and drank broth for lunch and dinner. I lost 28 pounds in two weeks. It's a good jump start for your wight loss. The Doctor knows what they're doing, just go with it.
  14. I love the Premier Protein drinks I get them at costco for a lower price. My Favorites are the Chocolate, vanilla, Cafe latte and in the Fall the Pumpkin spice. I feel for you because luckily for me, I really enjoy them. You can always eat protein the old fashion way with chicken and fish.
  15. Have you been eating Sugar free jello? That could give you the satisfaction of chewing.
  16. They brought me pureed chicken noodle soup day two in the hospital.
  17. Hi, my Surgeon isn't in the directory. His name is Dr. Stanley Rodgers at University of California San Francisco Medical Center (UCSF). Could you add him so I can update my profile. https://www.ucsfhealth.org/providers/dr-stanley-rogers
  18. Stay the course. I've had a week were I only lost a pound then the next week I lost eight. Did nothing different! Trust the process and follow the doctors instructions. That's my advice.
  19. I love crystal light, drink it every day. I drank it for years before my surgery and have never had a problem. Heather13, I see you're from SF, did you get your Surgery done at UCSF? If so they never told me not to drink Crystal light?
  20. I heard Dr. Now say that on My 600lb life too.
  21. Sorry for the confusion. I'm six weeks out and it's still happening to me.
