The "seasonal" Premier Protein Pumpkin Spice shakes are back! You can order them on Amazon, Walmart or Costco .com. They are truly a treat! Mine should be here by next Friday !

Popsicle Molds
I bought some red, white and blue ones on Amazon a few years ago I think they were called U.S. kitchen (even though they are from China). They are large and have a drip tray so the mess is limited. I usually just make them with sugar free Hawaiian Punch or cool aid. It's a nice evening snack.

Staying Positive
It sounds like you're doing good. I get an upset stomach at least once a week. I'm still trying to figure out what I can and can't eat. Best of luck and stay positive.

Weight gain
Best of luck Melanie. This isn't a big secret, exercise and watch what you put into your body nothing we all haven't heard 1000 times. I wish you all the best. I would however do something now though and don't wait until you're out of onederland.

Help I cheated on preop diet.
I'm sure you're not the only one. I personally didn't cheat because I really want this to be perminate. I don't think two eggs on day 4 or 5 is the end of the world, but remember the two week pre-op. is to shrink your liver to give them more room to work inside. I'd get back on the horse for the final week +. I've seen on here some doctor's don't even required the pre op. but I'd follow your doctor's orders.

Before & After - 100 Lb. Weight Loss Transformation
- Suggestions on multi vitamins
The Fruit punch procare health chewables are terrible too! I ordered 3 90 count bottles so i'm stuck with them for a while. My Doctor said just make sure they say Bariatric multivitamins on the bottle and NO gummies. So that's what I'm taking.- having trouble breaking 400 calories
My doctor gave me the same instructions, I drank 4 Premier proteins a day ate jello in the evenings for desert and drank broth for lunch and dinner. I lost 28 pounds in two weeks. It's a good jump start for your wight loss. The Doctor knows what they're doing, just go with it.- Protein suggestions
I love the Premier Protein drinks I get them at costco for a lower price. My Favorites are the Chocolate, vanilla, Cafe latte and in the Fall the Pumpkin spice. I feel for you because luckily for me, I really enjoy them. You can always eat protein the old fashion way with chicken and fish.- Want to chew!!!
Have you been eating Sugar free jello? That could give you the satisfaction of chewing.- Want to chew!!!
They brought me pureed chicken noodle soup day two in the hospital.- How do I get my Surgeon in the Directory so I can update my profile?
Hi, my Surgeon isn't in the directory. His name is Dr. Stanley Rodgers at University of California San Francisco Medical Center (UCSF). Could you add him so I can update my profile. https://www.ucsfhealth.org/providers/dr-stanley-rogers- 3 weeks PO and no weight loss
Stay the course. I've had a week were I only lost a pound then the next week I lost eight. Did nothing different! Trust the process and follow the doctors instructions. That's my advice.- Crystal Light
I love crystal light, drink it every day. I drank it for years before my surgery and have never had a problem. Heather13, I see you're from SF, did you get your Surgery done at UCSF? If so they never told me not to drink Crystal light?- carbonated drinks with sleeve
I heard Dr. Now say that on My 600lb life too.- Let’s talk pain level.
You should be fine.- Morning of mishaps & a happy dance
- Does anyone feel really tired after eating?
Sorry for the confusion. I'm six weeks out and it's still happening to me. - Suggestions on multi vitamins
