I got them on Amazon. I just got maple oats and café latte deleivered today. I cant wait to try them tomorrow. They really have a variety so you don't get bored. I also got millies sipping broth for times when I need something savory. Its been a week and I have lost 5 pounds.

I’ve completed all my requirements, submitted for insurance approval, and received my approval letter last week! Looks like I will be sleeved JULY 6th!! I go Tuesday, June 23rd to finalize everything with my doc and pre-register at the hospital. I’m so excited! I can’t believe it’s finally happening!!

yea it's probably the same thing - they just changed the name.

Maybe they meant you FIRST goal. Lol. Then after that you make another goal of 140. Seems suspicious to me though.

Its sucks but I feel glad I am not alone on this. I hope this is cured for us both, its a living nightmare honestly.

I got a call from my office yesterday and they scheduled my surgery for the 14th of July. So very excited. Its close!

Update: surgery went well according to doctor. Had a hernia that was repaired. To be honest I’m in a lot more pain than I thought I would be, all centered on my stomach. I can feel the gas pain in my shoulders but it’s not bad at all compared to my stomach / diaphragm. So so thirsty. Waiting for ice chips. Happy I did it and I know it’ll get better. Just having a hard time right now. My girlfriend is here with me and is beyond supportive and I feel so lucky to have her in my life. Will update again in a day or so. Thank you all.

It went great. I'm a week out and still a little sore. Doctors said everything went as good as it could have.

It took about a week for me to be approved. My surgeon's office called on Monday and my surgery is scheduled for 6/29 at 5:30 a.m.

Hi gang. Making an attempt to check in again. First let me say I know that I’ve had a rougher time than most so if you’re reading mine and it concerns you don’t think that my experience is the normal. I still find getting on electronics makes me queasy and I’m thinking that’s because of all the meds I received in the hospital. So I’m dictating this on my phone please forgive the grammatical errors and wrong words.

This happened to my mom. She was basically starving to death. Her sleeve was too small. Her surgeon had to go in several times to put a balloon in her sleeve and blow it up a bit to stretch it. It was would for a few weeks and then the same problems would arise. So she went to a different surgeon and he had to give her a bypass. She had now gained back and maintained a healthy weight.
