  2. Thanks for all the support Currently I'm on day 2 of IF doing a lot better. I live with A LOT OF PEOPLE. 12 to be exact so getting rid of "bingable" foods is not really an option. I'm looking into finding a good nutritionist in my area. The main thing is to get right back on track.
  3. Oh wow!! That's would be way too many cals for me I aim for 600-1000 (currently trying to lose some weight or I would aim for 1400-1600) so for me it's more doable
  4. Eat for dense with nutrients and cals like salmon and nuts

  8. My long work days are usually the easiest to fast I'm so busy I dont have time to think abt eating I just keep my big water bottle next to me .
  9. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm 2+ yrs PO sleeve My brain sometimes gets into the mode where I "must" eat and I cannot stop. Yesterday I ate like 7 bowls of cereal!!! I typically dont even like cereal but for some reason I just couldn't put down my spoon. While I'm eating I know I'll regret it later but I just can't stop. I'm suffering the consequences of this like crazy. My tummy is going crazy and I'm gaining weight. I dont remember doing this pre op. I just dont understand where this is coming from. I didn't calculate but I'm pretty sure I hit over 3,000 cals yesterday.
  10. Pistachio ice cream MMMM my favorite [emoji39]
  11. Ridiculously stressful past few days. New daycare kid at work poor kid was nonstop crying. My sister had surgery to remove colorectal carcinoma Yesterday and so I have her 2 kids age 3 and 18 months. 2 little boys are adorable but a handful. My stress levels are at max. I am trying my best to remain calm and positive and stay on track. 29 months PO sleeve / 5'2" / CW 172 Here are my summaries for what I ate past 2 days

  20. Sunday jan 26 5'2" / 29 months PO/ CW 173 ------------------------------------------------------------------ So you would think after Saturday's binge eating I would have a bit more self control. But the hunger is just ridiculous. I feel physical hunger pain that wont go away. I'm back on omeprazole and tums, but don't see a difference. Is it some sort of mental hunger? --------------------------------------------------------------------- Breakfast: coffee with almond milk Snack: coffee with almond milk Lunch: 8 oz plain Greek yogurt + 1 cup frozen strawberries + .25 cup oats + pb powder Snack: protien bar Dinner: lavish roll + pastrami + roasted broccoli Snack: chickpea puffs Snack: popcorn + healthy habits popsicle Snack: pickle + 2 oz beef + broccoli puree --------------------------------------------------------------------- Totals- 1234 cals / 104g protien/ 105g net carbs / 37g fat
