My sugery is sept 6 and I'm scared as hell too. Its the only thing i seem to think about lately. I think about all the possible outcomes for my life after wls. But i try to think positive[emoji4][emoji4][emoji4]

To show every facility/clinic/surgeon is different. Mines gave me samples of unjury protein.

I post pics of the ones she said is "better" but i see alot of wls patient drinking premier shakes and seems fine to me. I love the premier protein shakes[emoji173]

She said it doesn't have as much protein as it claim to have in it. And these are better for bariatric patients.

The list she gave me...

So my nutrionist said not to drink premier protein shakes after surgery but it's okay to drink before surgery. She gave me a list of the ones that's a better choice to drink. Anyone else was told not to drink premier post op?
