If you're the one making it, check out Greek yogurt cream cheese. It's delicious and a lot more protein/less fat.

Take a look at the nutritional information and decide how it fits into your plan/diet/lifestyle. Good Luck ?

I don't know about its behavior in a sleeve or pouch but I do know if I eat it at bedtime the nightmares are scary. So scary I will NEVER knowingly eat cream cheese again.

I think it depends, I know cream cheese is one of the portions for stage 3 for me given with other options given to me by my dietician. When I’m at that stage I’d probably just use fat free or low fat cream cheese (current on stage 2 still, had surgery on Monday)

*options not portions oops

I'm with GreenTealael, check the nutrition content and decide if it fits your plan.

I'll also add: just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD. That being said, no judgment. I ate it up to my soft-food stage on occasion out of convenience. However, I also ate it with crackers. Slippery slope my friend.

Good luck!
