can't drink water
Sip, sip, sip, don't gulp. Also try flavored water or even iced tea if you're not stomaching water well. You can't risk getting dehydrated.

Big Goals
That's wonderful! My former husband (now deceased) was a volunteer firefighter for 27 years. He LOVED it. Way to go! Good for you! You've inspired me to crank the incline up on the treadmill some more.

First of all, CONGRATULATIONS on both your upcoming WLS and your upcoming wedding. I don't know the answer to your question, as it's a dilemma for sure, but I wanted to send you best wishes.

Still head hungry. Want to eat all day.
You've got to get rid of that head hunger. The surgery is a tool to help with your real stomach hunger, but the head hunger is up to us to manage. Have you considered therapy or group counseling at your bariatric office?

"Specialty Plastic Surgeon" too far?
I didn't know there were those who specialize in bariataric plastic surgery. I was just going to check out a couple of the top local plastic surgeons when I get to that point, about a year from now.

I'm so excited about... Protien powder???
I'm glad you're so excited. That's good for your future self. I stick with the pre-mades and generally GNC Lean Shake in chocolate. My husband likes to try the flavors, banana and strawberry, but I stick with the basics.

Blood Donations
That's a good question. I hadn't thought of it. I've always been anemic, so I can't donate blood anyway, but that's a good question.

Packing a bag for the hospital
I packed more than I needed. I didn't need my phone or my pajamas. I did end up using my deodorant, toothbrush, toothpaste, and chapstick

2 days post surgery stomach pain
Sorry you're having that trouble. I was one of the lucky ones that had no trouble. But I do know how important it is that you stay hydrated, so keep sipping, sipping, sipping all day long.

Coffee 2 months out??
My doctor never told me I couldn't have coffee, but I only drink decaf and only on rare occasions anyway. I think @KCgirl061 gave you a great answer.

Stretching pouch directly after surgery?
It takes quite an effort to stretch your pouch. Stick with weighing and measuring everything and you can't go wrong. You may not ever "feel" it.

Soreness
Yes, absolutely normal, that's the main one where larger stuff went in and out and it was attached the muscle.

6/5 sleeve experience
Sounds like you've got good goals, a good attitude, and are doing well. Good luck on your WLS journey.

Plateau to Onederland!!!
Congrats! I even took a photo of the number on the scale when I hit Onederland to make sure it was real and to remember the feeling. Way to go! Keep up the good work!

I'm glad that I don't take it anymore. Now that I've been sleeved I don't have GERD/Acid Reflux anymore.

Gerd PPI Omeprazole
I took it for at least 5 years prior to sleeve surgery. Now I don't need it anymore.
-
Surgery Date???
Mine was about six weeks out because my surgeon was booked up that far on her calendar.

Bariatric fusion mixed berry water flavor
Is it a protein drink? I used the Premier Protein clear shake and got it at Sam's Club. For water, I just use Crystal Light.

Flinstones Vitamins..?
I take GNC soft chews, and yes they're on the expensive side, but they work best for me because they don't make me sick to my stomach like a lot of vitamins do and they make me feel like I'm eating something.
