Struggling. Jackhammer esophagus
I was having a hard time and it felt as if I was having a heart attack and like it was stuck. I found some relief after I vomited. It happens every so often when I eat but now I make myself vomit. Not sure if this is a good thing but like I said it doesn't happen all the time. I do get instant relief after vomiting. I hope you get better.

Can I drink diet soda on my pre op liquid diet
You should probably start training your mind to stay away from the carbonated drinks right now since you can't have it after surgery. Good luck!!

Palmer's Firming Butter with Shea butter, Collagen, Elastin and Vitamin E + Q10
I think the loose skin is inevitable. I'm right at 50lb weight loss and no matter how much I work out the loose skin remains. I have faith that my muscles will catch up eventually.

Palmer's Firming Butter with Shea butter, Collagen, Elastin and Vitamin E + Q10
I haven't tried this but I have tried the Medix that was referred by another bariatric patient. Not sure if it's really working but it's a pretty decent lotion. Let me know if yours works. I bought mine off of Amazon.

Trouble with pills
I can't swallow pills either and I get all of my needed nutrition through chewable vitamins (doctor recommended). I also have liquid calcium that's pretty good.

The Pains Of Eating
I wasn't hungry at first either. I just made sure I got my liquids and protein in. Your appetite will increase eventually. Some days I still can go a whole day without eating.

Weight gain after surgery
Have you incorporated weight lifting in your workouts? If so weights add weight in a good way. I had my surgery in December too and I had to stop weighing myself so much. I now give myself a weigh in date at least every 2 to 3 weeks. I found that helps keep me sane. Don't be discouraged on the weight gain, it can be a number of things. I'm sure you're not doing anything wrong..

Hurts stomach to drink water /liquids
I'm not sure. See if warm liquids cause you any discomfort. If that doesn't work you may need to have a talk with your doctor. It could also be that your stomach is still healing.

I'm going on blenderized foods
There are a lot of good ideas on Pinterest and YouTube..soups are always good to blend up and very easy going down. There's also an app called Baritastic. It has a few recipes on it for each stage.

Two weeks out from sleeve surgery
There's not really a set goal. Just make sure to stop eating when you feel full. You won't be able to eat a lot anyway. I'm 2 months out and I barely get in 450 to 500 calories a day. Make sure to keep a food diary. I try not to do to many carbs at this time but I do indulge in low carb products from time to time.
