  1. You have done so well. Everyone struggles with doubt but you have this! One day at a time!
  2. 6 week stall here. 750-1000 calories. Protein intake 55-63 a day,hard to get more in.
  3. How about B 12 patches? They may help
  4. They have larger lift chairs. Measure sat width you need and place a few calls. Bet t would work!
  5. I found pouched eggs agreed with me. Still issues with scrambled eggs. Cottage cheese worked well
  6. I puréed soups and Refried Beans agreed with me and kept me full
  7. How about a temporary lift chair rental?
  8. I had...awful...I did warm heating pad and had husband help me move. Shoulder was froze could not move. 3 days then went to neck,3 more days other shoulder. Crazy no pain from surgery but gas pain was awful. How can walking help shoulder?

    Wow 2 eggs is more than I seem to be able to handle. More protein tho. Hard to get protein in some days. If it did not hurt or should be alright. What does nutritionist suggest for oz in a meal?

  13. I have been eating 1-2 bites when introducing new foods to see if that dreaded nausea is starting. I then wait 10 minutes before the next bite, hoping I can tell if it’s gonna make me sick
  14. This is about the same for me,except I tried rotisserie chicken and that worked . Surgery here was te 16th
  15. I puréed my homemade soups I had froze. Not spicy or full of meats tho. I also had egg drop soup which was very comforting.

  18. Forcing myself to eat also. Need the protein but not hungry. Liquids a struggle,water seems to cause nausea. It just takes awhile to get up and running again.
