3 week post-op

I am about 3 weeks post-op and for the most part doing well... I had pulled the 2 stitches they put in to prevent a hernia about a week after surgery and thought my insides were being ripped apart! No joke!! So that is getting better slowly... i am having trouble wanting any food, it’s like my stomach has no emotion, I smell things and and have no desire to eat... I have to make myself ... I have always been a serious coffee drinker and now I could really do with out... it’s just really weird...

Forcing myself to eat also. Need the protein but not hungry. Liquids a struggle, water seems to cause nausea. It just takes awhile to get up and running again.
