Intermittent Fasting Daily Menu/Results/Accountability
Oooh my hubs told me that the stone walls were unemployment projects, but maybe he's talking about the relatively neat, tall ones that go around big landed properties here in Tipp, coz a quick Google tells me you're right especially with the old walls in the West.

Baaaaaahahaha you described Irish country driving to a T! Those narrow roads (called boreens) are apparently the width of a cow and a half coz that's all the farmers needed to move their cattle before the car was invented. AFAIK, the reason the roads have walls and hedgerows along them is that they are historic borders of land plots and owners were required to show their boundaries by digging a ditch and putting a mound of dirt alongside. Over time they became roads because that's how people used to navigate by walking along the ditches. Hedgerows are very effective windstops and the walls were projects from the last century or so as a way of providing employment. What this means is, unless you're a local and you know the roads well, you have to drive pretty slowly round bends and if you are behind a tractor you just enjoy the scenery coz they hardly ever pull over for you and there's no way to pass them out. Enjoy Egypt! I have a few Gypo friends and they are the best. Plus you must try mahshi if you get a chance, it's SooooooooOOOo delish!

Top Workout Tip: everything counts. Never think that a ten minute brisk walk isn't worth doing because if you start small when you begin and do a little bit more and more as you continue on, soon you'll find those ten minutes are a full workout session!

Oh I give up. Posting all those YouTube videos caused BP to do some funky html. I tried to edit it to fix it but it doesn't love me

I love love love Yo Yo Ma. I love that he does crossover genres too! Faves - oooh this could be a long post! Vanessa Mae [/url] The Piano Guys Sheku Kanneh-Mason is a new find. He played at Prince Harry & Megan Markle's wedding and he's still only a teenager If you've seen The Fifth Element, well Jane Zhang actually sings the WHOLE of Diva's song - you simply can't believe it's a human voice singing: Nigel Kennedy, but mostly coz his half-sister and I were peers back in Oz (I played classical violin in another life) So jelly you got to see Yo Yo Ma live!

Drinking too fast?
The lack of restriction is [emoji53] BUT I reckon it trains you to measure and weigh and listen really hard for soft signals of satiety and Godwilling we won't get the 'shock' that others do when the honeymoon is over and they have to work at keeping weight off because we already got that down pat. (That's my theory, @Matt_Z might chime in too)

I don't really have a workout music list. I'm usually exercising with someone and we just talk (or not talk). Also these days I mostly just listen to classical and jazz (gave up pop music for Ramadan and it stuck).

Oh gosh yes, but usually only if I've eaten too much fat or carbs

Hello everyone
I'm three months and I have little mini-stalls regularly. But then it seems overnight my body wakes up and I quickly drop, so go figure. Definitely count your calories and macros to make sure you're not over eating on little bits here and there, and perhaps now is good to start incorporating daily walks if you're not already.

I walked under a bus, got hit by a train..........
Oh wowee you've been through the mill and back! What a lot for your poor bod to cope with. No wonder you don't have energy! If you needed blood transfusions I wonder if that's partly why too! Gosh, I'm glad to hear you're recovering.

Drinking too fast?
If I remember correctly, you're a revision@elcee ? We don't tend to get the same level of restriction as virgin surgeries. I've never had a problem with fluids, can chugalug with the best of them.
