Have any of you tried the Isopure/Isopro?
*note to La Madam* This is the Canadian area of LBT, and we don't have liquid tylenol here. And yeah, everything Yoda said. I take Jamieson Vita-Vim chewable Multivitamins (get mine from Walmart, but I've seen them all over). There are also 'junior' strength chewable tylenol's that I bought quite alot of. They're something like 160mg each, so it takes about 3 to equal 1 extra strength tylenol.. they're yummy too. I ordered some

Any savoury liquid breakfast suggestions?

Wheezy Whispers-AKA September's Goals
Aww... Wheezy. I say don't give up, as well. Really... it's only been 3 months. Give it some time, it IS going to work for you. You're gonna turn into a Cloe, in no time. I just checked my calendar, and at 3 months out, I had only lost 15lbs since surgery. And work on that water. How much would you say you drink in a day? That can REALLY help your weightloss out, so try as hard as you can to make it a priority. Last week, for the first time since my last fill (when I met you), I made an honest effort, and every day, I was drinking 2 litres (at work) and a little more at night. It is hard, especially when you can't chug anymore, but try

Ok Cloe Heres Some Pix!!!
Lookin' good, neenagh! You can definitely see the difference! And yeah... you had some major bruising! I didn't at all... weird. I had the biggest bruise from my last fill! Go figure.

Yoda's Jedi Journals (aka Yoda's Yammerin's)
Aww... I feel for Mr. Yoda. Mr. Mandi is also struggling. He's been going to the gym when I do, and workin' his ass off, and hasn't lost like he's hoping for. But yes, new goal, halfway by Xmas?!

2nd fill
No, I haven't yet.... I don't wanna freak her out more!

Argon's Activities
Ok, green, what's your inside crotch to floor measurement? Cause if you're the same height as me..... Lila, it's not that I care about my pants (LOL, nice thing of me to say), just that I hate getting them wet.. you know, if it rains, or snows. THEN, I often sit with one of my legs under my butt/thighs, and end up with wet spots on the back of my pants! Maybe I just need to turn into one of those girls who wear the stilettos with jeans?
-
2nd fill
Yes... that's a good idea. I actually just heard from the gal (on the cobourn message board) who was his 1 "miss". She's not too happy. Yeah... let him practice on more people before you go back!

Argon's Activities
Hmm... I did the same, and I too am 30". I know sometimes you can find jeans (or pants) in many sizes and if you're lucky, varying inseams, but not very often for me. They always seem to be at least a 32" I guess mine must be shorter, cause being 2 inches taller, my legs should be 2" longer. How bout you, Yoda?

Green's grumblings

November/Christmas Goal
(or even do a search for "dizzy", and you'll find probably 100 people who asked the same thing! )

November/Christmas Goal
I would ask this in a new thread, OR maybe even in the 'general' area, so anyone (not just canadians) sees it and answers. I get dizzy too, every now and then. Why not go get your BP checked, even at one of those drugstore BP machines? Are you losing consistantly every week, or have you lplateaued?

Argon's Activities
What did Wheezy answer? You mean Yoda, about the quote thing? Psssh... nice brush off! LOL

Argon's Activities
Yoda, get a measuring tape, and measure the inside of your leg, from your crotch to the floor, and we'll compare! You too Lila. You're an inch shorter than Yoda, and 2 shorter than me.... we'll see what the difference. *I* don't think I have short legs!!

Is the Opti-Fast the worst part? - Please?
I don't know if you like Chai tea, (I don't), but if you do, you'd probably like adding some of it, cold, to the Optifast and ice (then blender it!).

2nd fill
I think the actual fill experience seemed pretty typical, so I woulnd't worry... just the way he went about it doesn't! For one, I'd tell the TLBC that he said there was only 5cc's in there, and how about emailing or calling Dr. Cobourn and telling him how his 'associate' reflects poorly on him.
-
2nd fill
Wow... that sounds awful! What was his name? I could just go check the list, but I'm lazy. Really though... UGG! I can't imagine. Is this guy at all associated with the TLBC, or is he one of the Cobourn trainees?

Argon's Activities
That's weird... and what *I* thought... that PETITE pants were for, like, 5'0"'s! I'd also like to add, that I think I almost got dirty looks when I walked into Penningtons, from my fellow shoppers. Then I panicked a little when I thought of having to shop in a regular store. I hope I somehow slide into a size that's not quite THE biggest in regular stores.... ya know? Oh, woe is me. :faint:

Argon's Activities
Hmm.... that's weird, Clo-bee... I do not know. Ok, so... my name is Mandi. I have a problem. I'm enjoying buying stuff way too much. I went to Pennington's again, cause I wanted one more, maybe 2 of these bustier type bras, cause I'm in love with the one I bought a couple weeks ago. They're already half price, and now their having a buy one, get the 2nd 40% off sale right now. Grabbed 2 bras, one in my current size, and one a little smaller. "Hey, I should try ANOTHER size 16 jeans on.", I think. Go look in the sale rack, find some for $24.99. Then I grab some 18's, just in case. (they're actually the EXACT same ones I have, but in a size 26!) Once again, I think, "no way are these coming up", BUT THEY DO! I continually amaze myself. Now, like the other ones.... I just don't feel very comfortable in them. I MIGHT be able to be ok wearing them with a hoody. But... I got them, cause I WILL fit in them, SOON! And besides, I'm a shorty (who woulda though 5'6" was short?), and they're too long. This time I bring them to someone to shorten 'em, I'm making sure she has thread that MATCHES! That's my confession.

Argon's Activities
Yes... I think the amount of working out they do is INSANE.. I go to the gym, and I originally would have said i HATE it, but now I only 90% HATE it. I have seen those updates too... and how much they continue to lose AFTER they go home. That Marty guy last night looked GREAT, even before he went home! I told Dan, "That guy weighs 5 pounds less that you (273), and if he looks that good, THAT big, imagine what you could look like as long as you keep working out." I think he was a little inspired by watching that... so that's good. I find myself seeing these gals do their weigh-ins, and realize I weigh LESS than them for once (well, some of 'em). Before, when I watched, there were NEVER girls over 250lbs. (at least not that I saw). I can't be as avid of a watcher, because I believe it clashes with LOST. But now that LOST is off until Feb. I can watch the rest of the Biggest Loser. Cloe, step away from the Mcflurry's! You're halfway there!? That's awesome... still about 6 weeks... you'll make it! The not smoking.... ehh.... it's ok. I'm surviving. I still think I shouldn't be left alone, because when I am, I think "I should run to the store, buy some smokes, and no one would know!!!". Last night going to the gym was the first time I HAVE been alone, and I definitely toyed with the idea. But I won't. I really want this to be it. I don't want to be a smoker anymore. I don't want to worry about stinking when I come inside. (probably tacked on an extra 100 cals a day with all the mints I sucked!) I also don't want to spend the money anymore. Now only if I could bring myself to put that money aside. It's funny... you can always find the money to buy another pack, but when it comes to putting it 'away', it's soooo hard!!

Wheezy Whispers-AKA September's Goals
Wheezy... yes, that would be really frustrating. I feel so special, that *I* saw you on your surgery day! If nothing else... it's been 3 months since surgery, for you... and 18lbs. That's an average of 1.5lbs. I know it was all in the first couple weeks, but, if you think of it that way... you ARE on track. :straight
