Thanks guys.....I still have 14 weeks of coupons from last year and really have nothing to lose by joining. I love the idea of writing down every BLT... (bite, lick and taste) keeps me more accountable like this.... Today was my first day and I'm doing GREAT so far............ Even if I go till my coupons run out....LOL.. Yes, I would tell them about the band. It's a wonderful tool and I am so happy to have it... I really need the push from a diet and I know I could do it on my own, but i love being accountable and weighing in every week too.... Thanks..

Hello again, Thanks for all your support. This really is the BEST place to come for support. I feel better this morning. Had another bad day yesterday, but today is a new day... I managed to get on the treadmill this morning for 20 min. and this made me feel good. I have to get my -ss back in gear too.... I wish you all a great day.... Good Morning, How are you all doing? I'm having a little melt down.... Before band land, I was very much an emotional eater, and I know the BAND does not take that away. Lately, I can't eat enough junk food. I'm up a few pounds and I'm getting so discouraged..... I'm tired physically, mentally and I need a good pep talk. Seems like junk food has no problem getting through this band...lol..... Did anyone order the motivational CD's? Here's the link if anyone wanted to check it out. Loriely, I'm feeling much better, Thank you... I also emailed Nancy yesterday and she told me that the heartburn was probably associated with being too tight in the first place and just to watch the types of foods i'm eating from now on. I also made an appt. with the dietician who works at The TLBC, her name is Denise. She's coming over next Friday night. I'm excited about it and I hope she will be able to put me on some type of program......As I'm not eating very well right now. I have to start taking proper vitamins too. I have no idea what to take. Hello, I just had a defill of 1/2 cc on Friday.....Ever since Friday, I have been experiencing bad heart burn. Does anyone else get this? I don't think it has anything to do with my defill? Seems that everything I drink or eat causes this burning sensation..... Hope everyone else is doing great.... Thanks, Doriana

Hi There, How are you all doing? I was just wondering if the TLBC does flouro fills? Do they charge for them? Has anyone ever had one done? Hi Heather, She did ask me before the 2nd fill how much restriction I have.... I didn't feel like I had any at the time. Got home from the Falls yesterday, and I think I may be okay now.... I ate a little nothing got stuck this weekend... I may just hold off for the 3rd fill or just see how the next 2 weeks play out.. Thanks so much for all your support.
