  1. Neenagh, what ever happened with the beotch who hit your car? Or can you not say, without incriminating yourself?! Tell us anyway!
  2. I really don't know... I'm just guessing!!
  3. Yeah, well... no one's gonna tell you you ate too much!
  4. I just gotta tell someone... since I haven't told Dan. I had my last cigarette a couple hours ago. Now that I've finished dinner... I'm starting to feel the crave! Let's hope this Wellbutrin/Zyban helps (or is already helping!)! Harass me about it, ok guys? I haven't told Dan that today was the day, just because I didn't want him to bug me, or try being all sympathetic
  5. I know what you're talking about... I think. Is this it? http://www.bevnet.com/reviews/stacker_protein_water/ I tried it a few months ago. It wasn't great... from what I remember. I recall it being really sour... as you can imagine, from grapefruit and sour apple! I had the grapefruit. I got mine from Shoppers Drug Mart... how much was it at Walmart? I might give it a try again.
  6. I think that's not enough food!!!! (but I'm not one to talk, so consider me shut up) Can I tell you what I had? - 9am - coffee - 1pm - 2" sub (1/3 of a 6"!) - 3pm - cookie from Subway - 7pm - maybe 1/2 - 3/4 cup of hamburger helper (I really gotta measure this to see how much I could eat) I'm probably done for the day... but now that I've talked about it, I do have that cookie dough in the fridge! AH!!! I should just eat it to get rid of it! LOL, how many times have we said that!?
  7. I think Americans get so hungry they could eat a horse... and WE get so hungry we could eat a caribou! LOL
  8. She probably just doesn't like football! LOL
  9. Uggghh... don'tcha just hate it when parents are supportive?! Lucky you got out of there.
  10. Oh yeah... LOL...congrats on the loss and possible loss of even more, Yoda!! and yes, stay away from the caribou!
  11. You wanna know what I did? I bought one of those packs ready to go in the over, Pillsbury cookie dough... the kind you don't even have to slice.. they're in perfect little cookie sized blobs. The most I've ever had at once was 2, and they've been in my fridge for probably a month! Probably only cause I forget about them, since I put them in the crisper. My point is... I too would have normally eaten those in an evening.... I probably would have just bought the tube, so I could have just eaten it that way. :omg: That's my confession.
  12. Oh yeah... did she weigh you one THEIR scale? How much different was it that your home scale?
  13. Awesome, Cloe! I hope this does the trick for ya!!!! Let us know how it's treating you, and be honest!!
  14. In MY younger days, I woulda said, "WHAT!? SEX without booze?!" :heh:
  15. You know... it doesn't make sense that your ticker doesn't work when you're at home... tickerfactory tickers are just URL's, and not something that's saved on your computer... I use a computer at work (right now) and at home, and my ticker shows up all the time. Hmmm... weird.
  16. Awesome! You should put something like "Christmas Goal" on top of it, so people don't harass you and say "Sheesh... getting the lapband for a measley 12 pounds!?!" :thankyou: Or else put up your total lost ticker too... I love seein' it!
  17. yes, yes, I agree... I've never seen the TLBC, but it sounds nice. And I can see someone running the other way when they saw 'our' clinic. Trust me, I thought 'what the HELL!?" when I walked in. It just doesn't LOOK like a place that should be doing surgery... accounting, maybe... surgery, no. Not that it's dirty... it's just, not a doctors office/weight loss center/plastic surgery clinic. The new building will be VERY good for them, I'm sure.
  18. Thanks Roxanne :thankyou: So, today was back to "day 1" of the workout routine. LEGS! I only did 2 sets of each, instead of the 3 I'll work up to. I'm hoping that being smart and stretching afterwards just might eliminate the same kind of pain I had last week. Cross your fingers for me! I'm having crazy thoughts... like going out and buying 5lb weights, and even one of those exercise balls!!! :omg: So many of the exercises I do there, I could easily do at home. Maybe on my off days... that might be a good idea. While I'm watching tv or something. Hmmm... we'll see.
  19. Oh yeah, Khrissy... you're going with the TLBC... nevermind! You must have already had your consult, if your surgery is Nov 30? You need to start a "Khrissy's Kanadian Koolness" thread for yourself! I would say... don't forget... hmm... how far away are you coming from? I didn't NEED anything... lots of people say to bring a hot Water bottle, or heating pad. I didn't need that. I survived without it. If you're staying in a hotel, make sure you have some comfy clothes to lounge around in (and same even if you're going right home).. nothing too tight that might rub your incisions.
  20. Do you have to GO there for your consultation? Wheezy, you're pretty far away, you had to go for the consult? I had mine done by phone.
  21. haha, yeah, exactly! Maybe it's good to know in some situations that you might want to eat a little more than normal, that having a couple drinks beforehand will make that happen.... but then again, you could drink TOO much, eat too much, and then try pb-ing drunk! Doubt that's much fun!
  22. Yeah, that's a good idea... especially slowcooker chicken! Let us know if that does the trick!
  23. ahhhh.... sounds nice! Can I come with you next time? Don't worry, you didn't miss too much!
  24. awww... that's not good. Probably a good idea though :thankyou:
  25. Dawn, good job! I'm not sure about the ticker... how come one works and the other doesn't?!
