The prenatal pills r stronger vitamins. Also u can use biotin liquid on shakes.also put some inside shampoo and conditioner bottles also take it in pill form...and do not use the hairbrush. Use your fingers or a big comb for your hair. Congrats on yur weight lost. Good luck)

Frustr8 i just saw this message and im in with u. Because you r soooo funny u had me laughing that i couldnt stop. But u no what??? I wish i could be a strong positive person like you. It shows that u r strong willed. N im honored to be yur louise. Me i just started the process last month. My first psychologist apt is sept 27. My first nutrichionist. Is next wk. But dr says my surgery will be in february. Dont no why so long. Im just scared that after i loose weight for my 3 weigh ins i will gain it back before the surgery n my insurance wont aprove it. This is all nerve wrecking. But its like u say. Its for our health. N im sure that no mater the age god is in control. U will rock after your surgery. Im starting to buy all the protiens n vitamins ..bariatric soups n protien shakes now so that i wont be lacking anything. Good luck n faith will get us through. Ialbuterol is only for asthma suferrers. Its the liquid that goes in the machine.

This is the good endings i like to hear at our age. My problem is that I think. That im reading too many posts in this forum and getting scared. Too many posts on hair baldness n loose skin. I feel ugly already imagine me with extra skin and not being able to remove it.

I am 57 and 220 lb 5" 5. I tried to do the sleeve last year and 2 wks before surgery i cickened out. i really hope i can go through with it this time . im scheduled for the end of november. My goal weight is 170. Im scared that my skin will fall alot along with my hair. I already have wings . and flacid skin at my age... N i know that plastic surgery is out of my lead. Im doomed. I will continue with my appointments n see what happens in the future. Very confused

THEY SHOULD TAKE HUMANITY N EMPATHY CLASS ALSO They should take training on HIPPA PATIENT CONFIDENTIALITY FOR THEIR NEW JOB. DO YOU GUYS KNOW THAT HIPPA IS VERY STRICT ON CONFIDENTIALITY AND MANY PATIENTS HAVE TAKEN IT STRAIT TO COURT ON LAW SUITS BECAUSE OF EMPLOYEES LIKE THESE. ..N THE PATIENT HAVE WON ON ALL THE CASES REPORTED.

Do not stay without doning anything othet wise it will continue. They need to be held accountable for n you shouldnt feel guilty about reporting them.....on the contraire, you came out the hurt one not them. Ok now pay back is a b#=%&$ .

Same here. Today gastro next week endoscopy, september EKG,... And the list goes on.... Surgery is for end of november....excited but starting to change my mind because at age 56. And 220 lb. Im so scared that my skin will sag n my hair will will fall of plus many other things. ....i really wish i had encouragement here

You should be proud of yourself at the strong women that you are and how blessed you r to be where u r now. Hippa can not be violated. There is 0 tolerance for anyone in the workplace or out of the workplace violating patient confidentiality let alone Making fun of a patient . those people should really pay the consecuenses. Probably they make fun of everyone n it shouldnt be tolerated. Confront the b%_:&* n let her know that u heard her and also your son heard. Them. There for u didnt aproach them because you were very hurt but that u. Have made a report against her n you will go further with it until justice is done. Because a person without empathy, without a sensitive heart can not be in the health care buissiness and she should really look into a different proffession. Give her a copy of the report and proceed to give the other copy to her superior. God dont like ugly therefore she should pay the consecuences whatever it may be and you shouldnt feel bad about it.
