  1. I emailed my PA to find out if I can eat Ritz. I love Ritz.
  2. carsonsnammy I had the sleeve gastrectomy 2 1/2 weeks ago and trying to eat different things. The refried bean and cheese sounds really good, have to try the tomorrow. Had cream of potato soup and saltines for lunch, it was really good.
  3. I have had diarrhea starting the day after surgery. My first bout was when I was asleep in my hospital bed (TMI) and then later that day it happened again. GROSS!!!
  4. Yes it will. You have to work at it. My surgery is tomorrow. Good luck Wednesday.
  5. My surgery is scheduled for December 11, 3 days from now. Starting to get a little nervous.
  6. I will be 63 the day of my surgery. I plan to dive right in and exercise (slowly at first). I can't wait.

  17. I love all of the choices. I never thought about putting different flavoring into the protein shakes. Thanks for the heads up.
  18. I am at the pre-op stage of my journey. When I feel the hunger I just ignore it. I'm not saying it is easy but that is what I do. I don't drink water to get rid of it because that (to me) makes me feel hungry (silly I know).
  19. My dietician told me that Crystal Light, Great Value (Walmart) that they count as water, That is what I drink sometimes. I also like my water room temperature. I will drink it cold in the warmer weather.
