Gastric plication January 2019

Hi all, I’m from the UK and have my procedure booked for 10th January 2019 I’ve not been put on the liver shrink diet, just no solid foods 48hrs before procedure and then no liquids or anything 12hrs before just for an empty stomach!
Im 228lbs and want to get to 140lbs, if tried every bloody diet going, this better work lol
