Heather, you really need to do a better job. I haven't seen you in many of my threads at all. Now Drews, your another story. As long as the resident stalker doesn't get involved, I'll be OK.

Dody ~ You'll be fine after a nap. I love TN too. It's the stalking that is getting old. Gosh, where's a stalker when "I" need one? Wait, I didn't mean that. Don't stalk me, I've already experienced that nastiness.

Let's hope the stalking stops. There is no reason for a sincere caring person to do it other than to gain self-worth.

Yup.....look, it's a disease. There is professional help out there. I guess you have to take the first step and admit you need it.

Missy ~ You just gave me the best laugh I've had all day. THANKS!! Now, who was that Jeff guy? Has he been driving long? :mad: You should show yourself on here more often. I love your sense of humor. Gordon & his crew have really come back from the, the, the, whatever you want to call it. Anyway, they are secure for the chase this year. My mom was getting a little worried a couple of months ago. That woman has dreams about Jeff Gordon. How sick is that? Her computer becomes her new entertainment after Thanksgiving. That is until all the grand kids invade her house. We still hear about "my Jeffy". She has Jeff Gordon doll for the boys to play with. OH....here's a story for you.....Danny thought it was Superman b/c they also have a superman with similar colors. Danny handed the Gordon doll to grandma and said Gordon is stinky!! Boy, did I get an earful. I didn't hear the actual event, but I laughed my butt off. I swear to this day that child did NOT learn that in this home. I'm rambling now and need to log off and get to bed. Thanks for listening to my ramblings and hope you post more about Gordon.

You are right on!! :high5: As far as the media, of course they thrive on the bad stuff. When there's not enough bad stuff, they'll just make up something. Speaking of snow, I love it when we get a HUGE snow storm. I grew up with snow and can drive in deep snow without any problems. It's the other idiots that concern me. I'll never forget last year when we had a big snow storm. My son got very ill with the flu and couldn't stop throwing up. After some meds & talking all day with the doc, I had to take him to the ER. I had to carry my little man through snow almost up to my knees. There were wrecks all over the freeway and I had to make a u-turn and take back roads. We never got over 20 mph, but made it to the ER. Something any mother would do for their child. I know this is a little OT, but I want to share one of my favorite snow pics. This is my son and the pee tree. Now you know how we get big trees here in IN.

Oh Jack, I have to get your article on the deer fence. No kidding. My dad & brother put up an electric fence around the garden every year. You can tell when a coon takes a wrong turn. Is it available on the net? How much would it cost me? I love reading about all your exciting lives. I feel more fulfilled just reading it. Dody ~ You are hilarious!!! Utah!!! I love Big Love. Drews ~ You are right, this place does feel like home. I'm going to prop my feet up and relax. Enough mushy stuff.....now down to business.... Myra ~ Oh my, that is a lot to eat with the band. How weird that you may have a flipped port. I know I've read it on her very little. Have you ever had any strange feelings in the muscles in that area? Did you have your first fill under flouro? No matter what we're dealing with, it can be fixed/corrected and we will all keep losing. I will keep you all in my prayers. :pray2:

DeAnn ~ You are so sweet!! Gosh, what is it that is making us so happy? I feel the same way. Is it the weight loss? Is it knowing we are losing and not gaining? Is is that we are eating healthier and feeling better? I'm not sure, but I know I am happy. I'm with ya, I love my band!! :dance:

I personally think any belief is based on faith. Even if you don't believe in God, you have "faith" that He is not real. I, for one, am saved by grace and believe that I will spend eternity in Heaven. You may question all you want, but the fact remains, I have faith this is true. I was thinking today of something that was shared with me many years ago.....there is not a person alive that has seen the wind. We've all seen what wind does. We've all seen the effects of wind. We've never SEEN the wind. That is how I base my faith. I have seen the effects the Lord has in my life and the lives of others. It is my faith.

Now is the time to get your list together and make sure you have all you need in the days after surgery. I have never been happier. It's the best thing I've ever done. OK, that is next to marrying my DH and giving birth to my 2 boyz.
