You have done the right thing in making an appointment. How soon do you go in? How long has this been going on? You might need to go to the ER if your appointment is further away than Mon. or Tues. I am not a dr. so I can only speculate at what could be going on. I don't know if I would wait the weekend before going to the ER. If you can eat, (can you drink) there is a possibility of becoming malnourished and dehydrated. I pray that it isn't anything major,and you get it delt with quickly. Keep us posted please.

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE! It sure is quiet in here. I have been up for an hr. It usually takes me 1 or 2 hrs. before I get in LB to read. I finish all of my e-mails first and My Space, then I come here. This is last because it takes me the longest to finish. I love this site! Have a blessed day!

Susan- I am so glad to see you are back on track! WOOOOOWHOOOOOOO. Hula girl will have to do for happy dance. LuLuc- I am a cheeseaholic. I always have been. This is the 1 thing I won't give up. I actually have withdrawals from it If I don't have some at least every other day. People don't believe it until they see it.My kids could buy me a block of cheese for Christmas and I would be happy. I go through a large block usually within a week. sms- is your mom banded? I think a size 2 is what my right leg wears.

74lbs. is awesome. I am sorry you had to have a complete unfill. With this being your first fill after being empty it will take some will power. I would get my next fill asap. Just try your best. we're here to help you as much as possible. Good luck.

Hi Anita. I was banded on May 13, 2008. I have lost 44 lbs so far. It sounds like you need a fill. I would get one asap. Please don't give up. You can do this. It is ok to have some of the goodys we have at holiday times, just don't overdo it. What I have found out is that if I treat myself with a little bit I don't go crazy trying to stay away from it. Then I don't overindulge when I get it. I'm not saying this is a perfect solution, it's not. I have gone overboard, just not as often or as much as I used to. Good luck Anita. Keep us posted please. I tried on a old robe of mine this morning and it fit me again and it is loose!

I had cobra at the time of banding but was self pay. When I was going to stop Cobra I talked to BCBS to get individual, no can do. The surgery is considered a pre-existing condition. I was told by them and 3 other insurances that I would have to wait 1 yr, to get insurance unless through a job. If you have any luck please let me know.

Sorry BBK, I usually tell people their not going to like what I have to say when they keep pushing me. I know it hurts and bothers you, but try to think about something good about the person. Sometimes this helps me because I know I can then call and talk to them honestly. I tell them why I called (remembered something good) it helps to break the ice. Then I let them know I want to talk to them about what I said and why I said it. Good luck hon. So sorry about your dad. I know what your going thru. Time does help. I lost my pop 1 1/2 yrs ago. I still have some bad days, but I do better. I know when my mom passed it took me almost 3 yrs not to think about her most days. Everyone greives at a different pace. Just don't worry about anything right now. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

My hair didn't fall out or get shiney. My scalp got dry and my hair is dull unless I dye it or change shampoos all the time. I have 3 different types of shampoo. I am fixing to do a mayo treatment this weekend. Hopefully this will help. I used to do this a lot in my younger days.

I agree with what Mindy said. Oprah is so busy downgrading WLS she makes it sound like we don't deserve to have it. That we should be like her and do what she does. Oprah is so hooked onherself anymore that I no longer like her. If it isn't done her way it isn't the right way. Sorry she is a tangent my daughters and I get on. I heard on the local news last night or Sunday night, that F.B. has a bad virus going around on it right now. It will infect your addy book. I don't remember if I am on F.B. or not. What is the difference between it and My Space?

Donna you look great! How do you do multiple quotes and only 1 or 2 lines of the post? YEAY i have 1 Christmas gift left to buy and I am done! I try to do it all year around so I don't have to worry. But having employment problems has really stunk! I am sub teaching now but don't get first check until January. Speaking of teaching, any teachers out there having trouble getting their water in during school days? I am trying to drink 2 glasses before school, 1 during and trying to fit in the rest after. The problem I am having is to much at night and I have to use the restroom in the middle of the night and then can't go back to sleep. Any suggestions?

I was banded in May also. I have dyed my hair 3 times so far and no problems. If your not getting enough protien your hair will start to fall out. But that is anyone. It doesn't matter if you dye your hair or not. So have fun with color!

The stop sign optinal thing that so many people live by nearly killed my father back in 83. Actually what saved his life was he wasn't wearing his seat belt. It wasnt' law to wear it back then. When he got hit it thru him to the passenger side of the car. All traffic stops are not routine. The officers never know what will happen when they pull someone over. Not only do they have to worry about who is in the car, they have to worry about the other drivers comming upon them. I know a lot of police because I used to manage C-stores. I was privlaged to be able to talk with them and listen to what they talked about. Don't get me wrong, some stops are totally stupid. Some are bad cops. I just wished that our cops would stop more people running stop signs and red lights, especially when they see them run it. Sorry so long.....
