  1. Lunch, today Stewed pork, callaloo (greens), coleslaw and cou cou (kind of like polenta). There was no leftover meat, the rest is bone & fat. The greens were amazing!
  2. I've found this to be the case consistently. I don't enjoy the wrapper (or even bread) enough to make it worth the tummy "real estate".
  3. Last night's dinner, a goat cheese stuffed yellowfin burger

Only fair! I've envied enough of yours! Celebrating our belated 30th anniversary in Grenada! ???

Ok, my vacay obnoxiousness continues . . . This is my OOTD until I have to cover up from head to toe to avoid getting too much sun on my pasty Irish complexion
  6. So long as you're drinking without discomfort, you're fine. Some people have it easy, others have to go extremely slowly due to swelling. You appear to be one of the lucky ones! (As was I)
  7. I feel like I'm cheating on a self-care thread 'cause I'm on vacation! (And currently sipping my tea on the balcony of my hotel room!) 1. My personal goal is to get back down to 150. 2. I had VSG in Feb 2018, revised to RnY Oct 2018. 3. my weight before I left on vacay was 153 Lbs. 4. My favorite winter activity is arts/crafts or maybe vacay to somewhere tropical? ?
  8. Wishing you a speedy recovery!
  9. Wishing you a smooth surgery and a speedy recovery. I'm glad you're surrounding yourself with support this time. It sure does help.

Very pretty and a great length on you!
  11. @sillykitty This doesn't apply to you. You'll spend just as much online!
  12. Not weight-loss related, but too good not to share:

    Ours is almost the same!
  14. I went to Wendy's yesterday to get a salad - Nope - not selling them right now ? No, I didn't get a frosty instead!

What a terrible problem to have! Congrats!
  16. Your back looks amazing! But, then again, so does your front!
  17. Super common for holidays in Texas, too.
  18. Well, I'd check with the doc first to make sure it's ok. But it may help.
  19. Did your doc prescribe muscle relaxants? Mine did for the whole first month. He said the trauma to the stomach often made it cramp and churn and the muscle relaxants helped it to heal.
  20. Actually, Fluffy was concerned about your volume. What volume/meal is your doctor advising? I know I was still only eating a couple of tablespoons of soft foods at a month out. (I had a sleeve at that point, revised to bypass later)
