My blinds are open when I wake up but it is 400 in the morning so there is nothing to see. The sunshine won't be around for three hours. Luckily the windows of my job site open on the east and we see the sunrise every morning.

I spend time in nature every day. I will start doing meditation each day, I have the "Calm" app on my phone.

1. My personal goal is to get into an exercise routine, I love yoga!

2. I had a revision from a Vertical Banded Gastroplasty to a RYN.

4. Tell us about your favorite winter activities: Going to NYC with my bf, Christmas shopping, building gingerbread houses with my siblings, shoveling snow (believe it or not I actually love shoveling), and going to the La Salette Shrine to see all the lights and drink hot chocolate.

Looking forward to Decembers challenge! Lets do this!

I feel like I'm cheating on a self-care thread 'cause I'm on vacation! (And currently sipping my tea on the balcony of my hotel room!)

Happy December. I'm almost to my one year surgiversary and still losing after having a sleeve done. Today I'm 186.6 and BMI 34. I'm thrilled I didn't gain while on holiday these past few days but I hit the gym every day except yesterday and tried to stay on program. I need to re-up my fluids again.

When, home, I open my shades every morning to let the light in. I do watch a bit of tv most days but am most likely to binge watch during Xmas week when I take a staycation. Yoga challenge is yay! Will be doing most of those poses regularly. Candle and cow face are works in progress.

Had a great time going home to PA and shocking everyone with my changes. It feels so good to be me and just me and not me with a weight problem. But still, going to keep up the program until I stop losing or I hit a place that I don't want to go under.

Off to the gym! Have a good day.

12/ 1 & 2:

I awoke to bare windows and rain. It was melancholy but after a shower and hot chocolate I felt way better. Pose performed was Savasana as I layed procrastinating about my travel plans ?

Caught in a snowstorm so I will hit my Netflix queue hard today. Pose i want to perform today are high lunge, warrior and leg up.

3. It's snowing...but I'm going to the gym and work....and hopefully yoga tonight. As far as dessert goes, I'm sure I'll have something. Still trying to get past Turkey day treats which have travelled to the office. But I do try to keep sugar free stuff around but I also seem to like a piece of dark chocolate on the regular.

Stay warm and dry peeps!

Day 1: Didn't open the blinds/curtains because I wasnt ready to wake up. i didnt eventually peak out the window.

Day 2: I started watching Mandalorian late so Ive been catching up on that. New episodes every Friday!

Day 3: I have been avoiding dessert but Ill probably sneak a small spoon of ice cream ?

FYI - I dont know anything about yoga but from the yoga flow for stress relief pic ive learned that everyday im doing position savasanna....
