  1. All the time. Sometimes, I think other people think I'm drunk.
  2. Best wishes for an easy surgery and a quick recovery!

Welcome! You look amazing! Great legs! I'd show those off every day if I were you!
  4. I'd go with shoes to match your skin tone. Totally appropriate and you'll get a lot more opportunities to wear them. Have a great time!

I am on several private Facebook groups. Their posts are not open to the public, only the "Cover Page" that explains the purpose of the group. You have to be admitted to the forum by an administrator and can be kicked out, as well. I just asked to be admitted to another one for bariatric recipes yesterday. You do, however, have to use your real Facebook name. The only downside to forums like that is that someone has to have the time/willingness to be the admin.
  6. I guess everyone's Granny's button box looked the same!

    LOVE this one!
  9. @sillykitty Thanks for sharing the results of your scan. Very interesting. I think I need to find a place to have it done!

    Me either!
  11. The best thing you can do is to start logging your food again. It's amazing how many calories slip by with just a nibble here or there. Also, get rid of any high-calorie drinks if they've made their way back into your diet. Eat your protein first to fill you up before you add veggies or carbs. No drinking 30 minutes after meals. But the most important is logging that food. Until you know exactly what's causing your regain, it will be hard to address the issue. Good luck!
  12. This is a long road with a steep, winding learning curve. Don't beat yourself up, just learn from your mistakes. Nobody's perfect. You put yourself back in control. That's great!
  13. I had them for two weeks after surgery. It's kind of freaky at first, but you get over it.
  14. It will get better. The early months are hard. Like 2 steps forward, 3 steps back sometimes. It's not at all uncommon to progress to new foods and find out you're tummy isn't ready for them. We're all unique that way and the diet progressions from the doctor's office are merely guidelines. Some people can go quicker, but a lot of us have to go slower, too. It's really discouraging when you get these setbacks, but just be patient. Try those foods again in a week or two and see how it goes. You can do this!

Lookin' good! I'm so jealous! We still have 90s forecast for most of the next 2 weeks. UGH!
  16. Have you tried watering them down with water or (for extra protein) Fairlife milk? That may help. I did better with protein waters like Protein20. They're more like drinking Koolade. Keep trying, you'll find something that works for you.
  17. They're way deeper than I am! Guess I'm a simple sugar ?
