  1. A little Tilapia gently baked with Lemon Pepper or Mrs Dash, take things light and Easy, July 2020 will be much different for you, this year small amounts and tastes.
  2. A Minor Miracle, Campbell's Tomato Soup is legendary for its HIGH carb content! Most people seem to dump like a ? Truck.
  3. And recently there have been directives not to put your face into the waters at Buckeye Lake and Grand Lake St Mary's , the Algae Bloom is terrible this Summer!
  4. I think that's another name for what we commonly call Canadian Bacon. Usually it's the British Commonwealth friends who call it Jowl Bacon.
  5. Definitely not all foods are equal, I'm more like Briswife although of longer duration. Usually 2-3 oz with occasional up to a 1/3. cup. I heat up 1/2 cup, eat what I can and pitch the rest. Try to make it contain a protein so7rch tempered with soft veggie. Several protein shakes enhanced with Miralax, and sip those danged fluids, take my full slate of vitam8nscand minerals. Since my Baratric people no longer contact me spontaneouslyn I must be on Autopilot. If they don't like the point I am at in August, it will be their fault, I feel the last time I reached out I was rebuffed in a nasty manner so Flup those 2 Nurse- practionerspractioners, there were people who did have my interests at ❤ but not Frick and Frack, the nasty little demons. I occasionally, forgive but I will never forget, it still stings when I think of it!
  6. Is it a Dogs Life on Here? Or maybe those are Yuppie Puppies? I think I have heard of them,
  7. God will be watc hing and helping, where do you think surgeon's skills come from? Yeah medical school and residencies help, but they basically are God's instruments of change. Keep a smile on your face, hope in your❤, peace in your spirit and you should do just fine. Update us when the deed is dobe!
  8. I am 73, 10 months past RNY, oh I have had some bumps in my weight loss path, but have lost 125(I think) pounds in less than 10 months, weight I couldn't lose and keep off before! And I like that might be grounds for celebration tonight..
  9. I'm sure there is but I have never seen an exact figure quoted. James M. usually knows such stuff and can quote the studies.
  10. Excited for you, surgery gives you a brand- New tool to use. AND it does WORK, this 73 year old has lost close to 125 pounds in less than 10 months with a Basal Metabolism Rate mimicking a Sick Sea Slug. Yes My Lovelies it can be done!
  11. God Bless Medicare/Ohio Medicaid because one of them covered mine, never was billed for even a co-pay. All that might be Silver Cougar power!
  12. Hope by then you will have other things left besides a ratty old Calgary Flames sweatshirt. I am down to " too doggone big" Gosh why did I ever buy that ?" 3 jeans and 5 tops, and as I look things look weird and worn out and I too need a new wardrobe bad!. Well maybe I'll make it through to,Autumn, by wearing what clohes still wearable that d9nt like maternity smocks or clown clothes
  13. Gee I didnt realize that it stopped too, but I guess we can continue the Good things to months end! And July will dawn with us better than we started out!
  14. The longer you have , the better your body and you will be prepared. Use all this time wisely.
  15. And may it work wonderfully for YOU!
  16. I just wish I or someone else had the funds to give you a "Campership" to BariatricPalMx or similar. With your History and family genes you should not have to wait until 2020, and who is to say you might not get disallowed again. Its a 2'edged sword, if you manage to lose weight non- surgically then Rotten insurance can say " if she can lose on her own, why should WE BANKROLL HER?" Do they comprehend you are having to bet your very life to please them and the program? Or DO THEY FLAT- OUT not care? We used to have Bari- Pals active in the insurance industry who could advise how to maneuver past restrictions to victory. There is a guy in California who has helped on appeals, something close to Walter Lundstom, don't know if you fit his criteria or not. I hate for you to have to give up when you have tried SO HARD.
  17. Amen Mrs G, when I was diagnosed with arthritis at 25, my physican told my parents and myself " it will be a little inconvenience" HaHa, 2 knees repkaced, surgery on other joints, inability to go full tilt on gyms and exercises. More than a Baby Blip after all!
  18. I don't , only her rotten insurance people, they are out to maintain their budget, refuse coverage whenever they possibly can. They are not interested in helping people only making and maintaining profits! Meanwhile our Jenna keeps falling and falling into the crack between rocks. I wish I had the right rope to save HER! She really deserves a Case by Case evaluation because on merit al9ne She NEEDS , she DESERVES, THIS SURGERY. To save her emotional mind but even more her body! And now it seems like she has been kicked to the curb -WRONG WRONG WRONG it's so WRONG! Is there any other program in her area she can apply to? She's in Arkansas? Has she tried the U of A, seems they might be more conducive, most state or Land Grant colleges are. Even go out of state, I've heard Louisiana is much more reasonably priced, is she anywhere near her state border? I know there are good programs in Mo. Mississippi, even Texas. THERE HAS GOT TO BE AN ANSWER, can anyone else think of alternatives?
  19. No Problem Love, we cover and help with as many subjects as we can, even if we are only :Co-travelers on this Weight Loss Pathway, it's not our wish that anyone stumble and fall! ???
  20. Now professors at the University of Nottingham in the UK are saying Coffee is good for you and may even help you lose weight better and sooner! Guess on the internet, you can find what you want and sometimes even what you need!
  21. Yeah gain a little weight, don't remove your shoes, put rocks or fishing sinners in your pockets, be. a devious if necessary. You have enough co morbid and potential co morbid that I feel this quibbling is asine. 34.9 isn't that far from 35 , wait to have your? Poo until after your next weighing. The grieving is not good for you, you may have a heredity tilt towards joining your Mama early, now that we have met you, we sure don't want to lose you. I have a bent towards depression myself, put up a yellow caution flag until they realized not having my surgery had put me in a BLUE FUNK, my surgery instead of making me worse helped me get better! And , knock on wood, I am truly better now. Just like any other addictive I will always have depressive tendencies but they are pushed to the rear and don't affect my daily life anymore.
  22. And I guess I must be Fowl excrement( yeah think,of a synonym) because I am too much a wuss to go to the Big Guys, perhaps start with Zoombezi Bay at the Columbus Zoo and work myself up! Remember I was a subservient little wife for years and years, now that I am Strong Little Plant Trying to Grow, I hope my stem is strong enough so I stand straight and tall, I want to reach for the ?Sun like a? Sunflower!
  23. Didn't know there was an app for ?: is it Android or Apple? Must download it in any case!
  24. I guess I just don't hold my mouth right, doesn't detract from the fact I enjoyed it!?
  25. Yeah I would like to know myself! Do you have time or resources to devote to getting this capricious decision overturned?
