I can’t date overweight people
I'm in that category as well, so I know we exist. But I also know I am an exception. Every time you add a criteria you are narrowing the funnel. The further outside the norm the criteria is, the more dramatically you shrink the potential dating pool.

I can’t date overweight people
I agree with @Sosewsue61, that finding a woman without children and who doesn't want children is by far a bigger hurdle than finding someone not obese. I also agree @KimTriesRNY that just because someone is a normal weight doesn't mean they have good eating habits or active lifestyle. I do totally get what you are saying though. It gets harder to date the more criteria you have. I'm in that same boat, although my criteria are different.

Patch Vitamins
I think it is very misleading for you to state your labs were in normal range, and to then conclude that the patches are working. On other threads I pointed out that your labs didn't test for most vitamin and mineral levels. And that 3 or even 6 month labs are not conclusive in any way, as our body has the ability to store many vitamins and minerals both short and long term.

Foul gas since bariatric surgery
I love Beano. It totally works for me. I think the key is, you can't just take 1 pill. If I am having eating a gassy food, like beans, I usually take 3-5 pills. I also found the Wal-Mart generic version to be completely ineffective.

To purchase or not to purchase?
I agree, don't buy too much. I threw out and gave away WAY more food and drinks than I actually ate/drank. You will totally overestimate how much you will be eating/drinking. You also don't know what you will like or tolerate post surgery. For instance, I became intolerant of whey protein 4 weeks post op. I gave away hundreds of dollars worth of powders and bars!

Intermittent Fasting Daily Menu/Results/Accountability
Well, painfully tight doesn't sound like fun. But the silver lining is they don't have the deflated thing going on, like so many of us. When I decided to have WLS, I knew that it would be followed by PS. I figured tummy/boobs/lipo for sure. But now I'm reconsidering the boobs a little. I mean they aren't what they used to be, but they're not too bad!

I LOVE Cracker Barrel. I used to be sad the closest one was hundred of miles from me. But then between WLS and learning of their history of discrimination, I'm grateful for the lack of temptation. But none of that makes their dumplings any less delicious!

Assumptions
At work, I used a cover story of an illness, non life threatening or especially serious, to explain how little I eat, and not drinking alcohol. Despite my "explanation", I'm convinced some people believed I am seriously or even terminally ill. The last meeting I was at with my president in attendance, he avoided me like the plague! My company is non US based, and in that culture serious illnesses are taboo. So I make a definite effort when I'm around my non US colleagues to look my absolute best, be upbeat and energetic, etc. But it's clearly not entirely working

And I definitely did it for vanity

Assumptions
I think it is interesting that many people who know I have had WLS assume that I am done losing weight. It seems to come from a good place. They think I look great, and figure why would I lose more.

TIPS to get back on track!
I do two of the things mentioned above @GreenTealael mentioned, I try to stave off hunger by drinking fluids. Similar to @FluffyChix mentioned, I focus on my commitment to weight loss, and making one good choice at a time (choosing jerky over a brownie for instance) I also focus on my NSV, and how great those make me feel, crossing my legs without even thinking about it, wearing size 10 jeans, wearing size M shirts, easily fitting in an airplane seat, feeling sexy af, lol. This is vain, but I also think about the compliments I have received. It's one thing to think I look great, but it is affirming to hear others say it.

Losing while eating???
Of course it works. Look at my tracker below, or @Orchids&Dragons tracker, and tons of others. Stalls happen. They happen when you are perfectly on plan. Weight loss is not linear. You will need to focus on the big picture, I've lost X lbs this month, vs. I haven't lost any weight in two days. Perspective will keep you from going crazy.

Intermittent Fasting
I agree with this. I don't see any risk of sleeve stretching because of IF, for me. When I do break my fast it's not frenzied eating. The times when I do eat too much, and have the uncomfortable-ness and nausea associated with it, it is literally because I took 1 bite too many. It's not because I was starved and had a desire to gorge myself.

Intermittent Fasting Daily Menu/Results/Accountability
I'm following! I do IF as much as I can. But I don't have a strict regimen. I simply push my first meal back as long as I can, controlling hunger by drinking fluids. And then I try not to eat again after dinner, whenever and whatever that might be. I'm not sure if it will help me with weight loss, most days I have a pretty extreme calorie deficit, so I'm pretty much bound to lose (hopefully, at least!). I do think it helps me control hunger, both physical & psychological. One thing I learned from my recent vacation is when I eat frequently and at structured times (breakfast, lunch & dinner), it seems to train my body/mind to be hungrier. I noticed this somewhat before this trip, but now I'm 100% sure of it. As I mentioned I won't do this strictly. A lot of my work revolves around meals and entertaining, so that is out of my control. Also, if I am starving, I'm not going to torture myself by not eating. I just won't do IF that day. I'm interested to see how everyone does IF, and what results and side effects they have!

Lol ... I was just thinking the same thing. @FluffyChix stats made me break out the measuring tape. I'm a similar height & weight and 1"-2" inches larger in all areas, except my chest

The Case for More Water
Great find! I struggle with meeting my fluid goals. I'm just not a naturally thirsty person, so hydration takes a lot of effort. This helps me understand the importance of it more, thanks!
