Having a lot of issues with my band I've gained weight about 40 lbs due to poor eating habits tired of being sick all the time. Found out my insurance covers gastric sleeve so saw doc and it's all approved and scheduled for June 12/14 I am so excited but scared of the road ahead but I have to lose weight due to knee pain. I know it will all be good so I am looking forward to 2014 and the new healthier sharon

Buy some SF popsicles and be creative with your drinks use a blender and ice and SF flavors. You will be amazed

I had to do a 3 week liguid diet and then 4 weeks of one meal (food) and other two meals protein drinks ...You can do it think of the possitve of the diet and your new life ahead...

Great job! I was on a 3wk liquid diet we had a huge party for my daughters graduation and food was everywhere and I could not have any...It wasnt as hard as I thought it would be I am determined to make this work and I have to be strong :thumbup: Best of luck to you

Look at the possitive your improving your health. I am pre banding and have started to stop eating pizza and chips and soad so I am not graving them any more. I want to be healthy and not fat with high BP, and sleep apnea so to get to my goal food has to go and replaced with healthy food and exercise.
