It's been two years August 5th and I am 1 pound past my goal weight 86 lbs...wow I can not believe it has been 2 yrs and I have lost this weight and I feel awesome and I am loving it. The only thing I wish I would have done was drink more water use allot more lotion then I did to help my skin. It's not so bad but bad enough for me. I wish ins would cover after two years and you reached your goal. It's not right or fare. Oh well what can you do but keep going to back to the doctors and comp

Hi, I guess I will start with I am married 26 yrs and I have three beautiful daughters. 25 yrs, 23 yrs and soon to be 20 yr old girls. I am 50 yrs old and have been heavy for like 20 something years. I had a Hysterectomy like when I was 39 yrs old and I swear as time went on I got bigger and more unhealthy. I am up to 224 lbs from 133 lbs. The high blood pressure, my lower back, knees, headaches, etc I could go on. Walking upstairs and being out of breathe. Trying on clothes and getting that
