  1. Read entire thing but especially page 7 of 9 for some reassurance ❤️ https://www.bmiut.com/pdf/long-term-outcomes-of-primary-single-anastomosis-duodeno-ileal-bypass-with-sleeve-gastrectomy.pdf

Where is everyone else these days? I’m in a tea shop ?
  3. Mashed potatoes and pepper salmon I was super busy all day and didn’t get to eat until 6pm plusI had to cook (at least the food was good)
  4. Why are these grapes so big? Or are your hands petite?
  5. The only time I vomited post revision was when I had a stricture. It was after every meal and I wasn’t over eating so that was a big clue that something was not right. Are you over capacity when this happens, just certain foods or every time?
  6. It’s unfortunate you are experiencing some issues! D Mannose works well for UTIs and is available in almost every vitamin sections in stores. For the skin issues, have you considered a specialized soap? Also you can keep reinfecting yourself through clothing that is infected. Definitely see a dermatologist if you can. You said you are in remission now but your fasting issues may be connected to your diabetes. Do you monitor you blood glucose levels while fasting? I can still dry fast for over 24 hrs with no issues and wet fast for over 36hrs but I don’t have diabetes. Everyone is different so take that with a grain of salt. Some things may improve for you the further out from surgery you get or with continued weightloss. Good Luck!
  7. Weighing in: I’ve lost around 100 lbs and my ring size has gone from 10 to 8, so I am in fact big boned lol ! But to answer your original question, I never resized my (various) rings, I just wear them on different fingers now.
  8. Ay there’s the rub I currently hate cooking ?
  9. This looks amazing! What is in the cinnamon broth (besides cinnamon of course)?
  10. cheesy waffle (not for me) & burger w/ fries (split between 2 people) I liked the idea of the cheesy waffle but then I made it and decided it was not for me.
  11. Totally not worth it ? I couldn’t always tolerate bread (and I still don’t eat soft breads) but over time it’s become easier. I like cucumbers soaked in sesame oil and lime
  12. Oh I’m definitely making these waffles for my family , thanks for the recipe !
  13. Random salad and Egg salad open faced sandwich
  14. From my understanding is pretty common in Miami. These surgeons will require a lot of clearances because there is no prior established history. But my surgeon required clearances every single time like we were strangers ? These were my requirements
  15. I was completely self pay and needed sign off from my primary physician (along with other testing that proved I was healthy enough for a long procedure) and I had to get the same authorizations for each surgery so it might be common.
  16. Oh no! Sincere condolences @Starwarsandcupcakes ❤️
  17. Olive and herb Focaccia made with store bought dough. Everyone loved it and I ate a small area that I deemed was “the crust” ?
  18. Great, now all i can think about is Blade Runner when something needs to be retired
  19. Noooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo Fine.
  20. Good! Im so glad everything is going well ❤️ And I hate the fact that I forget exercise feels good and I never remember until I’m doing it .
  21. As always @ms.sss Thank you for the compliment and turning my focus to food (porn) ?
  22. In some circles it’s commonly know as stacking. Her telehealth doctor who is prescribing the compound tirzepetide may actually know about her being on both meds. It may be for a short period of time. In researching I found minimal contraindications between the two medications. There are a few studies in progress that are researching combination therapies with more in development https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S2667368122000092#sec6 You are a good friend IMHO because you are being supportive while tactfully telling her your concerns and presenting her with research based evidence. That’s more than enough. Now let her chose how to proceed.
  23. The pie is gorgeous! how is recovery going?
