Same here- my band was still functioning. It's just I haven't been losing weight. They wanted to make sure I complied with the follow ups with the band. I was approved the first time.

Hi Everyone! I had Gastric Bypass done September 21,2016 and it was the best choice I have ever made! This Journey to a new me has been amazing and I love the look of shock on peoples faces when they see Ive lost 138 in 7 months! I work out hard kickboxing 3 days a week and cardio in the gym another 1 to 2 days a week it takes alot of hard work but if you want it bad enough tou have to fight for it! Best of Luck to everyone out there!

Usually a half hour or less - you spend more time prepping and recovering from anesthesia than the actual procedure.

Are you going to Northwestern, University of Chicago or Loyola?
I would go with DS over Bypass.
At this point DS still makes the most sense and since you didn't react very well to the sleeve the first time, it seems like you need DS or SIPS.
If you are going to have another surgery might as well go all the way with DS, it has better weight loss than RNY and the Sleeve.
Who did your original surgery? Did anyone off you any reason why your sleeve stretched? A properly formed sleeve should not stretch. Have you reached out to that Dr?
And yeah being pregnant probably affected your sleeve. If I have high waist pants on, I can hardly eat with my sleeve. I can't have any pressure on my mid torso to be able to eat. I can only imagine what a baby would do.
There are fewer long term people that post here as of late and I can't think of any regular poster that went from sleeve to DS but I know there has to be some.
    Good Luck!

Your Protein is low. I was told 60-70 grams. Is there a way you could get more in? Are you not allowed Protein Shakes yet? Hope you get feeling better.

    Sorry long post.. lol
I started my journey in Jan 2017. I went in for another unfill for my lapband that I've had for 8 years! They asked me if I had considered a revision. I have- but ins didn't cover Bariatric surgeries previously. So- I never checked into it again. They checked for me, and it was covered!!!! Of course, I would have to go through all steps.. so I started my 3 month monitored diet & exercise. Plus psych eval. Then my stuff was submitted in late April. I was busy with work- so I didn't have time to realize how much time has went by. Then realized it's been almost a month. I almost was starting to get frustrated I called ins & they said they haven't even received it. So- today I get a call from the Bariatric center. I got approved!! Mixed emotions big time!! liquid prep diet starts June 8, PreOp starts June 12, Surgery June 22. Um- it's felt like it was taking forever & now it's happening so fast!
