Considering you're working out so much, have you had big problems with loose skin?

i have to lose 188 and work out 3-4 times a week so I'm hoping that will help

Wow! Congrats on your journey!

You are so inspiring! Our stats are similar, except I'm just 8 weeks out today... nowhere near goal. I can only dream of looking half as good as you!

Hope you don't mind my asking what size jean you are wearing...

My surgeons diet was after the soft solids when i introduced solids was protein and vegtables only till 3 months post op, then i was able to introduce fruit but only aloud one fruit a day and no carbs (bread, pasta and rice) till 6 months post op. Now i still stay on high protein lower carb diet, no real sugar only substitutes, greek yogurts, cheese sticks, eggs, whole grains and sweet potatoes only, i also try to drink as much water as possible. Minimum of 64 oz to at least a gallon 120 oz.
I do love to use weights at the gym and im working on building muscle since that helps to burn fat.

Thank you! You can do it, just stay dedicated and dont give in to temptation. I dont mind...My jeans are a size 12 but they are getting loose. I started in a 5X/26/28 jean.
