I got sleeved June 6, 2016. As I approach my 1 year surgiversary, I want some input from fellow sleevers about vitamins. I bought a bunch of Celebrate Vitamins (chewables) but I want to know if sleevers are allowed to take whole vitamins rather than chewables. Thoughts anyone?
