  1. I think a lot of it has to do with people falling into old habits, which can happen with any weight loss surgery. I'm 3 lbs about from my goal and I do not regret my decision at all. I'm pleased and wouldn't change anything!
  2. How far out are you? I was taking pills within a few weeks of surgery.
  3. Hormone changes! It happened to me. It will eventually even itself out.
  4. Happened to me. I had to drink crystal light for weeks. Now, I can drink TONS Of water no problem!
  5. Happened to me and then a week later dropped a ton of weight within like two days! Stick with it! It will come off.
  6. It is your body adjusting to the change. I was the same and then the weight loss jump started!
  7. How long have you been in the stall? I hit a few (5 months post op) and had to change up what I ate. A bit more carbs etc. and it jump started it. Even increased my exercise.
  8. I felt the same way. The fatigue is normal and once I could eat a bit of regular food I felt a little better! Hang in there!
  9. A body pillow was my savior until I could sleep on my stomach again.
  10. Mine still does it sometimes. My dog was growling at it the other night
  11. I'm addicted too! It's amazing to be able to run! I did a few 5ks already. My first with 8weeks post op!
  12. I'm so sorry that happened to you but thankful you are here and healing. Keep us posted. I wish you all the best <3
  13. I'm sorry! (hug)
  14. The same happened to me just the other day and I had my surgery 8/8/2017. I do to the doctor's December 11th and will have blood work too. I upped my water intake a lot over the past few days and have been trying to eat more. I feel a bit better and haven't had a spell since-so I am thinking if was dehydrated related (I religiously take my vitamins.)
  15. I am telling more people now that I've had the surgery. I just have a lot of opinionated people in my life and didn't want the negativity. I am opening up now though since I've lost so much. Now, I don't care what they think so much. haha
  16. Everyone is different with their weight loss so I think you're doing well. You are supposed to eat your protein first and anything else as you can. Do you measure your food? That might be something you want to consider. I'm almost 4 months post-op and just now able to start eating more things at the same time. I haven't ventured into sweets yet though.
  17. I was sleeved 8/8 and have lost 78 lbs total (20 was prior to surgery) I'm 2 lbs from my goal.
  18. Thank you for your kind words. Thankfully my family is super supportive and making healthier options so I'm excited!
